奧爾巴尼機場沃爾夫路希爾頓惠庭酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Albany Wolf Rd.)

Booked and paid for a room for two nights. King sized bed for two of us. With a tub. Non smoking. Booked through *******. The room we got was the smallest queen sized bed I've ever seen, wreaked of cigarette smoke and no tub. I have arthritis. For the average person, the tub isn't a deal breaker. For me, its needed. There was a small, full sized couch which was absolutley filthy. Stains on the floor. Garbage under the bed. They said they didnt have any other rooms. Once i called ******* to complain they found one. The staff was nice and apologetic. But still had to pay for an awful room. After a very long day. There are plenty of properties in Albany. Look around. Don't stay here.

The bathtub was a normal bathtub, not handicap accessible as requested. The tub required one to have to step over in order to get in. The bench attached to the wall was loose and coming out of the wall. It should have been a walk-in shower. The kitchen sink drain was clogged.

The hotel is definitely dated and needs a good revamp - the only thing was the hotel was overbooked and we did not get the room we originally booked and that was a bummer - they did give us another room but was not the suite we needed. The staff is helpful - friendly. It was only one night so no big deal honestly .

Smells clean from when you walk through the doors, the staff was very accommodating. When we arrived staff informed us our room was still being cleaned, but after explaining we had a wedding to get ready for they put us in a room that was ready. Very grateful for that! The room was great, and most importantly, clean!

Great stay... Did not use saline pool but got well rested. Enjoyed breakfast buffet!

Great stay, nice pool, super temperature of pool water (just right), nice gym, nice breakfast. Huge shoutout to Zen at ********** for assisting us to transfer to this hotel from an awful booking.

Room was pretty beat up. Pull out bed was all stained. Carpet was in gross condition. Lots of things needed cleaning and updating. The elevator button panels were broken, the furniture in the lobby was stained and dirty. Room was listed as a “full kitchen” but it didn’t have a stove or any pots or pans for cooking anything. We had to spend money at a restaurant even though we had food. “Incidentals” still appear on my credit card statement three nights later. Other hotels didn’t actually charge us for those. A hold was placed but the incidental charges weren’t actually charged to our account like they were here. I’ll look elsewhere next time.

It worked great for our family. The breakfast had a good selecton for everyone.
