卡利梅拉拉利薩高級酒店及水上樂園 - 全包式住宿(Calimera Ralitsa Superior Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive Plus Aquapark)

Complexe relativement bien entretenu mais attention à certains points ! Entretien et nettoyage de la climatisation dans les chambres, l’incivilité de certains clients ( restaurant surtout ) , pas de spectacle tous les soirs, accueil de l.hôtel pas très agréable et pas du tout francophone , aucune explication de leur part quand nous sommes arrivés ( et ça a été le ressenti de toutes les personnes qui sont arrivées la même période) , aucune traduction en français (fonctionnement de l’hôtel et au restaurant). Les points positifs : Plusieures piscines, parc de l’hôtel bien entretenu et ombragé. Accès gratuit et illimité au parc aquatique qui se trouve juste à côté, restauration, les chambres dans la partie rénovée, magnifique plage privée avec transats et parasols gratuits ( 10 minutes à pied)

... I don't know how to start... I'll try from the beginning. The reception: It was a booking done through our agency kind of late because it was a late decision. We booked two rooms: one for two adults and two children and one for one adult. In the meantime we decided to bring one more adult so when we got to the reception we had to upgrade one room to two adults. There was one kind receptionist who helped us, but.... She charged us with the full amount of a double room disregarding that we already paid for a single room for one person, although we told her that, she acknowledged because she said the price is for one person and after a 12 hour trip with 2 hours at the border, we paid. On our fourth day we started to have doubts that the amount paid for one more adult is correct and we approached another receptionist with our issue and she told us that she can do nothing because "it is already done" and "the money is already in the bank" 😅. She started an dispute with the receptionist that sold us the extra stay at the beginning in Bulgarian but than the initial receptionist told us that the price was for one person in a double room (overriding what the other receptionist was saying and the reality). After a while I told her that the pricing list show clearly that the price is for a double room, not for one person but she was holding her position that is the price for one person in the room. The pricing list from the reception was clearly (as in any hotel in the world) showing the prices for the whole rooms and the number of persons that can stay (2 adults, 2 adults 1 child, etc.) I made a calculation showing the receptionist that if what she saying is true than a room for 4 person should be the price of a 7 star hotel in Dubai (she was still keeping her ground). After a few more arguments from my side, she somehow said that it is not her fault the prices are like this and said she will see what is there to be done. - in my eyes this was a scamming situation, which in 2023 is a little bit to much. At the moment I'm writing this, I'm still waiting for a resolution to get my money back. The room: Good mattress, and clean sheets. Dirty floor Dirty bathroom "Cleaned" daily Ok furniture 4 nights no new sheets The hotel: Old building complex but kind of well kept Nice pools (didn't use) I don't care about activities for children and/or adults because we came for the beach and sea , not amusement at the hotel, but there aren't many. The food: Not much to pick A lot of stews (pork or chicken) Cheap fish dishes Out of season but they can't keep with demand for grill/pizza/eggs. The stuff: Besides the one receptionist (scamming one) which was good looking and nice behaving everyone was sad looking and rude, with special mentions for the bar personnel which passed any rudeness limit a few to many times. Conclusion: If you wanted a stay in Albena and there was nothing else to choose from (as it happened with us) it will do (no more than 3

We went as a couple… We stayed there for a week and had a great experience… Staff was good… Peaceful location near to beautiful beaches of black sea.. Only disappointment was that we went when season was over so missed on to some events… Season gets over by 15th September…

We enjoyed the huge buffet at this hotel. Extensive buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Good selection of food and good service from the staff. Highly recommended if you are nearby. The hotel in general is in good condition and everything good quality

I had been robbed. I cancelled my booking and they take the full amount of £850 of the reservation. I never saw that the cancellation fee is the full amount of the booking. I just write to prevent this to happen to someone else. Avoid them go to other hotels with no cancellation fee, who knows how many people lost their money without even visiting the hotel.

For a third year in a row we have a pleasent stay in the Ralitsa Superior Deluxe. Clean rooms and area, the food in the restaurant was tasty as always and the staff very helpful and kind. There has been a renovation in the lobby and reception area, it looks much better and cozy. The entertainment program is excelent, expecially the party by the pool. We will come back in August once again!

To begin with the negative aspects, the room was not great. We stayed in Sector K, the poorer part of the complex. A small room, no fridge, no hairdrier. It has AC, also has a TV (that we did not turn on), a small balcony (enough for our needs, though). But we stayed very little time in the room, so did not actually count as negative. The food was ok. New dishes every day (some grilled fish, grilled veggies, shells, shrimps, sushi, duck, grilled ribs) alongside regular stuff. Diversity of fruits (cheries, watermelons, melons, pears, apples, grapes, oranges, grapefruit, apricots). A clean big pool. Star of the place - blossom linden. Lots of them, everywhere in the complex and in the waterpark. Lovely atmosphere. The waterpark entrance free for hotel guests. 140 m away. A fair place to have a nice time with children. We aimed for the 120cm+ area. Not many choices, but fun, 4 slides and a lazy river. Not too crowded this time of year. The hotel has a private beach, 900m of distance. A selfservice restaurant by the beach for the hotel guests. A pool party on Friday night, a traditional show on the beach on Saturday night, a dance show on Sunday night. This being the entertainment during our stay. Hope this helps.

Worst holiday we have ever had. All of our party were really ill within a few days of arrival - sickness, diarrhoea, stomach cramps, nausea and fever. We didn't leave the hotel area so could only have picked it up in there somewhere. Never again!!

This year was our third visit at Ralitsa Superior s-o I can easily count the "+" and "-" of this location. PLUS: We had our rooms in the Main building, the superior rooms. The rooms were ok. The furniture is a little bit outdated but it is ok. The cleaning service was daily and also the towels were changend every day. The private Beach is big, clean and we liked it a lot. The Beach bar open from 10.30 to 16.30. Free beach towels - this service was not offered last year. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Free acess to Aqua Park. Two big pools avaible. MINUS: Communication with the reception. You get no info about the location of he facilities, about the all inclusive... about nothing. You get a little paper with the oppening hours of every thing and only that. No info about The facilities for Kids or anything else. The program of the shuttle bus;the last bus returns from the Beach at 17.05....it should be at 18.05. The main Pool, next to the pool bar and he bus is very old and needs very urgent reparations.There are a lot of fallen tilles, rusted metalic parts etc. And unfortunately it is in this condition for three years. The second pool is in a better shape but also needs reparations because the linen is broken în several areas, the sun umbrelas are broken etc. Another inconvenient at this pool is that you have to go in the Lobby Bar for a drink;but you are wet and only with your swiming suite on you and the lobby bar is in the same location with the reception. It is really unconfortable. The restaurant is really dirty, overcrowded and there are a lot of problems here. Firs of all, this year the quality and diversity of the food was very poor. About the diversity of the food I can understand and you could find something to eat at every meal. But the quality of the food was awfull: the taste was awfull, a lot of food types were not well cooked (the meat was raw : pork, chicken meat). Some of the food I think it was expired because the taste was not good. We have tried to eat some fish and it was awfull. The food was also heavily recicled. At dinner we had lamb with rice and next Day at noon there was lamb soup and the exemples can continue. In the restaurant the tables, the glases, the forks and knives were dirty. As a conclusion for the restaurant, all our family members had stomac issues and problems. And we were not the only ones. We have talked with a lot of people and They had The same problems. I do not know if the problem was The food, The weather or a virus.... but this year there was a big problem with The sanitar saftey. I have to say that in the past we did not experienced these kind of problems. Our conclusion is that the hotel is not a 4* hotel and because it has a very law price it has really big quality problems.
