na zwykłe pasywne rodzinne wakacje. Jedzenie smaczne i urozmaicone, za normalny alkohol trzeba dopłacić, ale barmani znają się na rzeczy i nawet z darmowego potrafią zrobić pyszny koktajl. Personel jest przyjazny, zawsze czysty i zadbany.

Nooit meer, 0 op de hele lijn...eten niet lekker, oude vuile kamers, douche die niet werkt, en nog veel Meer..,allesdicht, na 3 dagen ook de bar aan het zwembad dicht, 2 keepr kamer niet gepoetst, zwembad ijskoud ( begin september)...???.......................

Bardzo dobry hotel do wypoczynku, relaksu, standard pokoi oceniam na 4, jedzenie dobre, napoje smaczne. Największym atutem hotelu jest jego położenie, czysta plaża i spokój. W recepcji w razie problemów polecam Pana Sylwestra, przemiły i pomocny .

За эту цену, это супер . Понравилась еда, персонал, пляж, анимация. Большой выбор качественного виски и коктейлей. Каждый день пополняют мини бар: пиво, пепси, сок, вода. В городе есть аквапарк ..........................................

Weiss garnicht wo ich anfangen soll.. Hygiene wird hier nicht so groß geschrieben amgefangen von Schimmel in den Zimmern bis zu übelsten Kanalgestank. Das Essen lasst eigentlich zu Wünschen übrig.. Für Deutsch bzw Österreichische Verhältnisse einfach zu wenig muss man so sagen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in diesem Hotel. Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Personal freundlich 😊 Zimmer sauber . Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Pool .

Première fois en Bulgarie l hôtel et très bien le all in vraiment top le personnel très sympathique surtout mikto le barman du lobie bar le meilleur bartender de l hotel les chambres sont confortables, la nourriture est très bonne je reviendrai sens problème

Die Animateure waren einfach nur super drauf Ich kann wirklich 5 Sterne für das ganze Animations Team geben besonders Andje war immer lustig,nett und hilfsbereit !!! Zu dem war die Animation für Kinder wie auch für Erwachsene sehr unterhaltsam. Kati und Sascha waren genauso cool und unterhaltsam. Ein super Team Lg

Hotel has unique location, on the beach and thick forest of “Baltata” nature reserve, famous, charming river with unique plants and rear animals that can be observed from the lobby with a cocktail in the afternoon..;)).. You can hear only the waves and the animals, no public traffic allowed to enter to the hotel. Cleaning and mini bar has fixed daily, sheets changed regularly. Direct access to the beach and several pools, dedicated for different age kids and adults. There was always wide variety of Bulgarian food specialties, extreme choice of salads and fantastic local products to choose from. Every evening the “chef cook” were able to surprise us personally with new and interesting dishes. We are family with 2 kids with nuts allergy, we were informed every time what is the content of the dishes and have not singe problem with it. Big variety of food without gluten as well. Paradise for vegetarians and meet lovers. Fantastic BBQ of local fish, meat and even some “game meet”. All food drinks and ice cream were included ;)) Very friendly service people all over, looking for your best comfort and accommodation! If you need help or advice, just go to the friendly front desk ;)) Perfect place for a quiet and relaxing family vacation Ultra All Inclusive hotel offer, comfortable rooms with “memory foam” pillows… little enchantment place nicely preserved from on the sunny black sea;)) We are absolutely going again ;))
