Hotel jest hotelem starszej daty, ale nawet o starszy hotel można zadbać. Zacznijmy od minusów: 1. brud w pokoju, mieliśmy villę i stan czystości po prostu tragiczny, bardzo brudne zagrzybiałe zasłony. To nie powinno mieć miejsca, wystarczy zdjąć zasłonkę i ją uprać. 2. Pierwszego dnia po wzięciu prysznica z odpływów zaczęło na prawdę paskudnie pachnieć, tak jakby pokój nie był używany dłuuuuugi czas i po prostu wszystko co stało w kolankach "ruszyło". Po odkręceniu wszystkich źródeł wody i przepłukaniu kanalizy problem już nie wystąpił. 3. Brak internetu w villach, smart tv bez dostępu do internetu, brak choćby tv polonia choć wiadomo nie dla telewizji się tam jedzie. 4. Połamane kafelki na schodach do villi - na prawdę można było skręcić nogę. Na plus - bo tego też nie zabrakło: 1. Dobre jedzonko w all inclusive, smaczne drinki 2. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna, zawsze pomocni, uśmiechnięci, słuchają klienta. 3. W recepcji jeden Pan mówi dość dobrze po polsku i super. 4. Baseny czyste, zawsze dostępne leżaki. 5. Dobra klimatyzacja i duża powierzchnia pokoi (villi) byliśmy z 3 dzieci i trzypokojowa villa była dla nas komfortowa. 6. Duża restauracja, zawsze można było znaleźć stolik. Raczej tanie i wygodne wczasy

W Vita Park byłam w sierpniu. Ośrodek ogólnie ok. Basen czysty, leżaki dostępne. Można było także korzystać z basenu i animacji w hotelu obok. Aqua park super. Autobus dowozi do plaży w godz od 9.30 do chyba 17.30. Pokój w trakcie tygodniowego pobytu mi opróżniane śmieci, wymieniona pościel i ręczniki. Podłogi niestety nie zostały zamiecione/odkurzone/ umyte. Największym problemem była restauracja przy hotelu. Niejednokrotnie brakowało talerzy, sztućcy. Stoliki na czas nie były posprzątane. Chyba wynikało to z małej ilości obsługi i ich zapału do pracy w porównaniu do ilości gości w hotelu. Jedzenie smaczne. Głodni nie chodziliśmy. Jak się mówi, co kraj to obyczaj więc nie marudziłam. Oczywiście zawsze mogło by być lepiej. Bar w lobby - czynny od 10 do 23. Ilość plastiku zużywana przeraża.Bar przy basenie nieczynny. Restauracja RAI na plaży czynna od 12 do 15.00 ( lunch od 12.00 do 14.30) super rozwiązanie że t nie wracać na obiad do hotelu. Ogólnie urlop zalicz do udanych z uwagi na piękną pogodę, plaże, widoki.

Chciałabym dodać pozytywna opinie ale niestety nie jestem w stanie... Byliśmy w lipcu 2021, a pierwszy raz w 2017 roku... Niestety zmieniło się na gorsze. Jedzenie bardzo słabe, monotonne ale wiadomo nie ma co wymagać za hotel *** jednak wystarczyło by trochę się postarać gdyż Nie dosmażone mięso i frytki to już nie wina standardu a po prostu niedbalstwa, jest nie smacznie i po tygodniu człowiek nie może już na to jedzenie patrzeć. Wino ratowało sytuacje... Obsługa nie jest zbyt miła. Pokój posprzątany powierzchownie ale żadnego robactwa nie było jak gdzieś przeczytałam, po prostu jest stary a łazienka wymaga remontu więc trudno winić personel sprzątający za stan techniczny. W hotelu nocują kolonie /obozy sportowe dla młodzieży, a więc wieczny chaos i wrzask, w lobby nie da się wytrzymać 5 minut przez hałas, w nocy nie da się spać przez bawiącą się i krzycząca młodzież na korytarzach, szkoda że nikt nie respektuje tam ciszy nocnej więc spanie jest możliwe tylko od 24.00 do 6.00. Na basenie zero atrakcji, żadnych animacji, bar przy basenie zamknięty, nie dzieje się tam nic oprócz wrzasku młodzieży, jak wspominałam w lobby jest taki hałas że jedyne co pozostaje to uciekać na plażę, tam bar tylko od 12 do 15 (all) co 4 lata temu wyglądało zupełnie inaczej. Widać że koszty poucinane z każdej strony a cena jeszcze wyższa za pobyt... Atrakcji nie ma żadnych, w zasadzie w hotelu nie ma co robić, darmowy wstęp do pobliskiego aqua parku ratuje sytuację i szeroka piaszczysta plaża to dwie rzeczy które są na plus. W Albenie nie dzieje się nic, koncerty bardzo słabe lub wcale ich nie ma. Sam kurort mocno zubożał, widać na nim odciśnięty znak czasu. Polecam tylko ten hotel w razie super promocyjnej ceny w innym razie nie opłaca się. Polaków bardzo mało, raczej Rumuni i bulgarzy co osobiście dla mnie jest na minus. Szkoda ze idzie to w tą stronę-być może rok 2020 spowodował zmiany i zamknięcie szeregu plusów jakie były w 2017. Nie wiem, ale nie dzieje się tam nic dobrego...

Pobyt w tym samym hotelu po 5 latach. Niestety jest dużo gorzej niż kiedyś W pokojach mrówki oraz braki kratek ściekowych w łazience. Na te niedogodności nie reagował personel sprzątający. Sprzątanie to tylko zamiatanie podłogi. Przez 14 dni pobytu nie sprzątnięto łazienki, balkonu ani kurzu pod łóżkami. Papier toaletowy pod wydział, ręczniki wymieniane po zgłoszeniu. Najgorsze to jednak grupy młodzieży zakwaterowane na koloniach. Jeżeli chcesz mieć spokój w nocy zmień hotel bo opiekunowie młodzieży nie reagowali na hałas . Znaczne pogorszenie różnorodności jedzenia na stołówce. Przez 14 dni te same potrawy jedzenie monotonne bez urozmaicenia. Rozumiem kryzys po CoVID ale oszczędzanie na gościach nie. Nie polecam

Отдыхали в отеле с 24.06.21 по 28.06.21. Отель совершенно не стоит таких денег!!!!!! До моря очень далеко, номера убитые, при поселение в 14.00 номер дали очень грязный!!!!! Питание 1, детские хлопья которые не жуются, каждый день кроме ужасной картошки и макаронов не свежих не было ничего! Один раз дали нормальную рыбу!!!!! Колбаса, сыр, масло- не вкусно. Нас была компания 22 чел, никто больше сюда не вернется!!!!

We had a nice time , weather was great ! Food wasn’t bad, we really enjoyed the beach and the water park with our daughter! Hotel staff were nice all the time. Pools and slides are great too. Hotel room is ok.

A good, clean, basic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and 14 year old son. We're from the UK. Room was very basic. It was clean but sheets and towels were only changed once during our stay. Food was OK, we always found something to eat but evening meal was the worst. Pool area was nice. Lots of sunbeds available but the guy in charge of the pool was a nightmare. A few occasions where he shouted at small children for little reason and one account where, fully clothed, he jumped into the pool to confront a child. Not good. The bar staff were lovely and the waterpark and beach were great. Albena is beautiful, would come again, maybe a different hotel next time.

Well...where do I start! Firstly a huge positive Thank you to the entertainment staff over at the Ralitsa Hotel and 4*, they are amazing with everyone and really friendly. Aquapark pretty awesome. There is a lifeguard older man at the hotel vita park swimming pool he's pleasant. HOTEL VITA 3*- Avoid at all costs! Rude Staff, especially a few team reception members, being on their mobile phone continuously rolling their eyes when you ask for something, even as simple as a clean towel because youre towels bedsheets haven't been changed for 4 days! I had to ask the other Ralitsa 4* hotel if I could simply have a bath towel due to being rudely shouted at by the hotel vita park reception man telling me to ask in the morning the Manager for a towel! Wow! Customer service....what a joke! The hotel vita park swimming pool manager is very rude...shouting and pointing at children, or adults to get out the swimming pool for wearing a protective t-shirt even though there's clearly no signs stating this isn't possible! Pulling my 11 year old child physically with his hands and jumping into the water to remove him due to wearing a t shirt is very unacceptable in my eye's in which a serious complaint in force! Telling us we're banned and rudely talking over me when im trying to explain is unacceptable. The overall general manager can never be found, and if so is glued to his mobile phone when clearly there's guests wishing to communicate with him regarding situations. It seems the reception staff have no power and it's a speak to manger response and shake of the head. I asked if the guy on reception ( very tall young, black hair, lazy arrogant loves his mobile phone! ) knew of a phone location as to contact my parents as my mobile device decided not to work...for the response from him to be "what"! No. Not even an attempt to Google or check for me. Never have i been spoken to so rude. Cleaning in the room is virtually none existent... 1 x guy emptied bins every day and gave toilet rolls ... he did not sweep, spray or clean. Change sheets or towels ( 12 day stay, 1 change in 12 days!) That's after continual pestering of other cleaners to finally get 1 x cleaner to my room to show them what i needed and required. Food..ok... not really for children expect chips, chicken and lovely flies flying around the salads!! Hardly no seats and food not always replaced it's like scraps if your not early early. Be sure to get your cutlery quick else your fingers are handy. Drinks flat fizzy hmmm pop. I don't touch alcohol. If you book hotel vita park...Be careful to not slip in the restaurant seriously the mopping up of spilt drinks is none existent and there's the odd wet floor sign when put out. Your flip flops also stick to the sticky floor! Please be careful its dangerous. The hotel entrance floor the same when mopped with a dirty mop! No joke i watched the cleaner. So truth be told your call but hotel Ralitsa 4* looked great spend your money there

There are some negative reviews about Vita Park however I am basing this review based on realistic expectations for a 3 star hotel and the low cost of our holiday. We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 10,6 and 5. We had an amazing fortnight and thank all the staff at Vita Park. I'll give some details on each aspect of our holiday: Hotel/Rooms: We had a 2 bedroomed apartment with was big enough to sleep 5 of us (I would recommend a maximum of 4 adults but the sofa bed was fine for a child). The apartment was fairly basic but clean and the bedding towels etc were changed every few days. There was 3 balconies and 2 air con units which kept the apartment comfortable temperature wise. The hotel is a little dated however there was a bit of retro soviet brutalist charm about it. The pool was lovely and kept clean by the pool attendants. There was always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Facilities: Great facilities, the highlight being complimentary access to the aquapark. We spent several days at the aqua park and it's virtually in the hotel grounds so you can pop back to the hotel restaurant for lunch which adds to the value. The aquapark is designed for families, safe and with loads of great slides. It may be a little bit small for older children but for our kids, it was perfect. There was never long queues, even at busy times. The kids club was wonderful, our children loved it and it was nice for the adults to have some relaxing time. All the entertainment staff were great but I have to give a special mention to Nadya, who our children adored. Nadya was amazing with arts and crafts, absolutely brilliant at her job and the children really miss her now we're home. We only went to the beach one day. Vita Park have a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the Vita Park private beach where each room has 2 free sun loungers and an umbrella. For lunch, ice cream or drinks, our all inclusive wristbands got us access to the beach restaurant Rai which was very nice. There is a football pitch, volleyball and tennis courts which we never used. The children's play park was great for our kids age group. The hotel pool was nice with 3 separate areas, one for swimming, one with two slides and a toddler area. The hotel is set in a large wooded areas which is lovely however inevitably, there is lots of wildlife, most of which is vest interesting but there is lots of biting insects and they do bite. Don't kill any spiders as they don't bite humans but they do eat the nasty insects that bite us!! We saw lots of lizards, a wild hare, lots of cool looking spiders and a european mantis. Food/Drinks: I didn't drink any alcohol so can't really comment on that other than there appeared to be a decent enough selection of local beers, wines and spirits. No premium brands but pretty much what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. There was ample soft drinks. You can't eat 24 hours a day but breakfast is 7-10am, lunch 12:30-14:30 the d
