Rien à redire sur notre séjour à l'hôtel Ibis Styles d'Albi. Super accueil, nous avons même été surclassées! La suite est parfaite. Ménage bien fait, très appréciable. L'équipe est top et les parties communes sont très agréables et joliment décorées. Le toit-terrasse est vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous séjournerons de nouveau dans cet hôtel, c'est certain!

Excellent séjour, hôtel moderne et confortable, propre. Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute. Proche de tous commerces, bien situé à proximité du vieux Albi. Petit bémol par rapport au son de la musique un peu forte, venant d'un établissement extérieur, que l'on entend depuis la chambre.

Accueilli par une hôtesse au chvx court et qui a été très aimable et serviable tout le long du week-end vraiment dure de faire mieux. L'hôtel niquel avec son toit terrasse et la chambre été super aussi et propre. Vraiment ont a passer un très bon week grâce à eux. Merci à bientôt

Ibis Styles Albi is well located - about 10 mins from the historic centre and Albi Cathedral and 15 mins' walk from the train station. The hotel is modern, stylish with a nice and inviting lobby. Although I regretted the lack of coffee and tea facility in the room (you could get them near the reception desk) I found the bed nice and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean too. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop restaurant with delicious food and cocktails, plus the amazing views over the Cathedral and city. The staff were young and friendly, especially the restaurant and breakfast staff. Talking about breakfast, the choice was good considering it's included in the stay. Good option for your stay in Albi!

We stayed here the weekend of Bastille Day. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English-some excellent. The room was a good size (we were in 209) and the gym, although smallish, had a treadmill, two rowers some weighted bags and a mat. There was also a sauna and some experience showers-though we didn’t use them and we didn’t see anyone else in the gym. The room was let down only by having no kettle (we English love tea first thing in the morning!) although we were able to source hot water from reception all day and most importantly for our decaf before bed! Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Fresh bread and large croissants/pain au chocolat as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, seeds, ham, cheese, chia pudding, eggs (scrambled and boiled to your own timing). Breakfast was a real highlight. The other thing to mention was the restaurant/bar on roof terrace-we didn’t eat there but had drinks at a reasonable price (with an excellent view) and enjoyed the company of Pierre who runs the show (one member of staff referred to him as the Headmaster!) who’s English is impeccable and spent time in a restaurant in the Surrey Hills- hugely friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Exceptionnel, le petit-déjeuner de cet établissement est bien au dessus de la norme, pancake, madeleine, viennoiseries, pudding maison, 8 Choix de confiture, pas 2, pas 3 ni 4 mais 8 ... mais en plus de cela vous avez des gaufres minute faites à la demande.

Tive uma estadia muito tranquila e confortável no Ibis Styles Albi Centre le Theatro. Fui bem acolhida por Pauline, que forneceu várias informações precisas, as quais me ajudaram a me deslocar facilmente. Ela também me designou um quarto bastante confortável, com uma varanda, da qual eu tinha uma bela vista para a igreja Saint-Joseph. Agradeço muito a toda a equipe.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen; von 7 Stock aus Gute Aussicht. Essen im Roof oben mittelmässig. Beim Frühstück nicht ersichtlich, warum um 10 Uhr so schnell abgeräumt wird. Personal sehr freundlich beim Einschecken (Patrice)
