奧拉達娜德阿爾布費拉旅遊公寓的評論

Location molto comoda e ben servita a pochi passi dalla marina di Albufeira e qui finiscono i pregi di questo villaggio composto di alcuni simpatici edifici colorati che circondano la grande piscina centrale. Tutta la struttura necessita un generale rinnovamento: parti comuni trasandate, piscina sporchina e scrostata, costruzioni con evidenti segni del tempo che passa. Tutti segnali di una generale mancanza di manutenzione che si evidenzia anche negli appartamenti. Questi infatti sono spartani come ci aspettavamo dalle foto ma risultano con una pulizia molto approssimativa, formiche ragni e ragnatele ovunque, e mancanti dei più ovvi accessori per un soggiorno confortevole (stendino arrugginito, tavolino e sedie di plastica in terrazzino talmente vecchie e sporche che faceva schifo a sedersi, polvere ovunque nella casa, mobilio vecchio, condizionatore di vecchissima data e pieno di polvere e sporco/muffa. Insomma il prezzo è interessante ma il motivo è chiaro, da spartano a fatiscente il passo è breve.

Fijn appartement en prima locatie met een supermarkt dichtbij. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamers de keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Een heerlijk groot zwembad. Enige minpuntje de matrassen maken geluid bij elke draai die je maakt.

A localização é excelente, perto da Marina de Albufeira e da praia, com a vantagem de ter estacionamento atribuído a cada apartamento dentro do empreendimento. O apartamento era muito agradável, a cozinha tinha tudo o que é necessário, a cama muito confortável, estava tudo muito limpo e de 2 em 2 dias fazem a limpeza do apartamento. Adorei o colorido exterior dos apartamentos, que proporciona um ar alegre e descontraído e claro como praticante de natação, adorei a piscina. Voltarei novamente e recomendo como local de descanso e lazer.

We were very pleasantly surprised on our short out-of-season stay. The price was very reasonable, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful, the apartment was a good size and reasonably well appointed, plus it was very clean. We took the free shuttle bus to the old town and back, we really didn’t expect that kind of service out of season, again the driver was very helpful and pleasant. My only small criticism was that a couple of the power outlets were damaged and unusable, not to the point of being dangerous, just a little inconvenient. We would definitely stay there again and would happily recommend it.

Great place for the price. We had a studio on the ground floor, separate bathroom and kitchen, lovely patio. Nothing supplied, but it’s mainly for self catering I think. I’m sure we would have got a hair dryer if we asked. Staff were lovely, really helpful, checked us in hours early and we got the free bus to the old town. Designated underground parking space right by the apartment, good security. Right near the marina, though it rained so we didn’t walk there. Only 4 stars as it’s a little tired, but brilliant place, especially out of season. We’d definitely stay there again.

Stayed from 17 May to 31 May 2023.The whole complex looks fantastic but not completely wheelchair friendly. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and getting into the pool was not straight forward because the pool area is roped off and all the entry points are shower points with a 2 inch drop down.We managed ok but some others might not.There is a lift which takes you down to the main street but was out of action for our entire holiday which meant going the long way round to get to the marina.The complex is mot at Street level which is where the lift came in.Our apartment was big and fully equipped. Even had a dishwasher.The beds were OK for a 2 week holiday.The cleaning staff were very good as were the reception staff.Nothing to much trouble.The pool area is fantastic. Just the access problem we had.It has a pool snack bar which is good as were the staff.The Orada marina apartments are well worth a visit.We would book again.

Absolutely horrible!!!! The receptionist did NOT have our reservation, even though I clearly had it in writing. She gave us a room that did NOT have hot water, there were ANTS in the bathroom, the stove burners did NOT turn on, there was NO thermostat to put the heat on so we were cold all night, and it took us 15 minutes to get into the room because the key/lock was just not working - even worse, the phone was NOT working, so we couldn't even CALL to complain or request help! We would have gone to reception, but we arrived late at night, it was raining, and the room was FAR from reception. The walk from reception to our room was an adventure because you have to cross the pool/pool area that is NOT lit, and you can hardly see where you are walking. The rooms outside have small numbers on them, so we had to use our phone flashlights to see. NEED MORE LIGHTING throughout the property!! Oh, and that beautiful photo you see of the pristine pool - don't believe it, hundreds of birds swim and play in the pool! I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me!

Myself and husband stayed at these apartments they are very specious and clean you've got everything need from home only in different country 🤣washing machine dishwashers microwave kettle coffee maker ect. Lovely size pool and little cafe... The only downfall was there bed s very uncomfortable they need to upgrade to something more comfortable and soft for there guest.. Especially with all the money hotel is receiving from people..

Disliked · Had to go to reception for hairdryer. There was no kettle, had to use a pan to make tea. There was no "free Courtesy" taxi. It cost us 10 euros to go to the continental shopping arcade to get provisions. The hotel receptionist contacted probably his mate to take both of us. Taxi back was only 6 euros for the same journey. Rooms were not cleaned and after 5 days my partner complained to reception. cleaner was lovely and very helpful and i don`t think it was her fault. woken on the last few days of our stay by contractors banging and building scaffolding. We were not able to sit outside and have our breakfast as there were workmen watching us eat. Last 2 days noisy people above us woke us at 3-am and 4-am respectfully banging and making noises. I went to contact the reception via their phone but had to pay for the priv. ended up finally getting to sleep about 5am and we had to get up around 7 to go to the airport. I can upload photos of the above if needed - We wont be going to this hotel again

These apartments were fantastic. Fully kitted out with everything you would ever need. Clean & comfy. The pool, etc was wonderful & delicious food at the poolside cafe. Nearby all Amenities especially the Marina with bars & shops. Would 100% stay here again

Apartamento ótimo, Condominio com boas piscinas, principalmente quem vai com crianças tem tudo perto. A Marina está mesmo à frente, tem também um Meu Super perto, mas com pouca oferta e muito caro. O bar das piscinas é caríssimo, e a senhora que la trabalha não é das mais simpáticas. Já a da recepção era muito simpática. Logo no primeiro dia tivemos no quarto “formigas voadoras”, eram imensas. No segundo dia começaram as obras no prédio onde estávamos, desde partir a ombreira da porta da entrada as 9h da manhã, quando saímos do apartamento tínhamos que avisar para não levar com pedras na cabeça. Depois andavam também com jactos de água a lavar as paredes, telhado e vidros, isto tudo durante a semana toda que la estivemos. A água entrada pela porta da entrada, e uma vez tivemos que sair da varanda onde estamos almoçar porque estavam a lavar o telhado, e a água caia na varanda. Falamos com a recepção que disse que não tinha nada a ver com a situação, pois era o Condominio que tinha começado as obras.

The apartments owned by Orada Marina are excellent, reception staff are fabulous especially Monica, great location HOWEVER ...... BE CAREFUL that your travel agent books with them directly or you might get an apartment via Gravetur who own a few apartments in the complex. The first half of our stay was awful, cockroaches, filthy studio apartment, front door wouldn't open, no air conditioning. I can't stress enough, this apartment was owned by Gravetur and NOT Orada marina. We moved out after day 4 and Monica from Orada Marina had a 1 bed apartment available for the rest of our stay. It was 100 times better. All the issues we had, we put forward to Gravetur. They cleaned the apartment but we were not entitled to air conditioning. An offer of an upgrade was made on day 5 but we rejected it as we were not meant to be in that property from the start. Please make sure your travel agent deals with Orada Marina and not Gravetur. I would have given Orada Marina 5 stars but I gave 3 stars only to let people know about this other property rental company.

For the price, you get what you pay for. Pros - All the staff were incredibly helpful, the receptionist who checked us in was amazing and I’ve never been somewhere that actually gives you every bit of info you need when you check in. That same receptionist gave me some tea for my sore throat too (absolute sweetheart wish I got her name) - The beds are very comfy and spacious - The WiFi in our room was amazing (and free) - The kitchen was fully kitted out with a washing machine which was so handy - The location is great for the old town and there is a shop just 2 min walk away as well as the marina - We used the free shuttle to get to the Old Town which was great - The pool is really big and there was plenty of free sun loungers too - LOADS of cats!! Cons - the decor is very dated, but again that’s a minor thing - the door to the apartments is a NIGHTMARE. The key they give you is very old and it’s a constant battle to get it to unlock/lock

These apartments are gorgeous . Never seen so many balconies in a 2 bedroom . The 2 bedrooms are huge . We were a family of 5 and we could have lost each other . The pool area was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds . 2 minutes across the road from the marina which had a variety of restaurants and bars to sit out on and watch the boats . 15 minute stroll into Old Town. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning here
