Nice place to stay !!! Clean has a good bar inside environment excellent!!!

The facility was clean, my family enjoyed the stay. The only down fall is you do have to pay extra to eat breakfast there and to use there wifi.

When we arrived, reservation secured and confirmed (I’d even spoken to the hotel earlier in the day to tell them that we’d be arriving a bit later in the day), we were told that there were no rooms available. NONE! What a great way to start our vacation! We had to drive all over Albuquerque scrounging for a room for that night. That was no easy job. I’ve been staying at Marriotts for many years, but I never will again! And I will certainly be spreading the word. This hotel’s staff members should be ashamed of themselves. They were curt, unsympathetic, and had the worst customer service. What an utter disappointment.

The first night the air conditioner did not work in room 418 so we were moved into another room the following day, 1106. In this room the air conditioner was leaking all over the carpet and was getting worse by the day. I called the manager and was moved to room 818. Absolutely ridiculous the prices to pay to stay there Andean into all of these problems and no compensation was offered!!!

The outside noise was a lot louder than I expected, but being near the highway I was willing to excuse it. The real problem was the toilet. The tank seemed to refill every minute or two throughout the night. Front desk staff was notified but nothing was done until 11 am when an engineer was finally sent to check. I spent $160 on a sleepless night at Marriot.
