Muy tranquila, a pesar de estar catalogada como una ciudad insegura, en ese hotel no se siente, tiene gasoliera y comida rapida a lado, seguridad, desayuno inlcuido, aqui me hospede por mala atencion de farmignton AZ

No se encantó muy amable la gente que trabaja en el hotel todo muy limpio el desayuno muy sabroso

Had a one night stop over when roads were dicey and I was traveling home. It was easy to find, right off the Highway. Clean & comfortable - just what I needed!

Everything was very good. It would have been great if there would have been a grassy area for the dogs.

The stay was excellent except for the key cards not working. Hopefully they upgrade soon.

Check in was great. Staff was nice. Later that night we got back from being out with family. People were sitting in the lobby area drinking alcohol and being very loud until 1am. Our room was on the first floor. We could hear them yelling and screaming. The next night the same issue again. Kids running around the hallway unsupervised. Floor and carpet was wet from the pool. The rooms were ok. Not clean. Strong colonge smell. I would not stay here again.

A really good stay for one night. My room was near the lift and it was both quiet and incredibly spacious! Such a good room. I used the laundry washing machine and dryer which were cheap and easy to use. Staff at the front desk were very helpful with a couple of small questions I had. Decent breakfast in the morning (although the juice machine was broken on the day I was there). Overall very good stay.

The two young men that checked us in were incredibly welcoming and pointed us to excellent place to eat in walking distance La Reforma and Tin Can Alley. Walking distance to Balloon Fiesta Park!!! Only complaint bathroom and floor could have been cleaner but we understood how busy the staff has been with the balloon fest. The evening cheese/fruit and cupcakes in the lobby Friday and Saturday were much appreciated after long days walking around. We’ll return in the future.

Free upgrade to a suite was very nice. Room amenities were lacking a bit...torn shower curtain, we had to readjust the window shade, replace the closet doors on their track, and there was a very large stain on the carpet. Overall, a great stay.
