Hotel took care of trip.com giving wrong location for NW laquinta. It was a clean most comfortable room. No problem with our 11pound pup. Area has homeless all around streets filthy. Scarey for this country girl.
Disappointed city not more interested in cleaning up feces garbage rotting food etc that homeless leaves everywhere.

This hotel is very good! I would say the location is very great since you can easily reach it after you take off the highway. And it is very location centric. Highly recommended!

This is a hotel long forgotten by the owners of Wyndham. The carpet is all disgustingly stained and black with dirt. In our room the carpet was pulling up and rolling in many areas which would be a trip hazard for older guests. It smelled and was truly nasty. The outside of the building is heavily damaged in areas and obviously needs some serious repair and paint. Very disappointing

Front desk person was the at most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in any hotel , very very sad , after a 6 hour drive and then you come upon this rude person that verbally insulted me , how rude , never again , stains in the rug huge one too , no towels in the restroom 😞😞😞😞😞😞

Property is dated and needs updating. Not as good as other La Quinta’s we have stayed at. Parking was very inadequate. No places for vehicles with trailers. 3 vehicles with trailers consumed 10 parking spaces.

Compared to other la quintas, skip this one, breakfast options are smaller than what I am use to when I go to a la Quinta. Also rooms are apparently not cleaned each day while you stay there. You have to go downstairs and get the towels and toilet paper yourself and when you ask, they give off the vibe that we are bothering them. Hallways and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke.

We got to the property and waited at the front desk for 20 minutes with no one there. The clerk came after a while and was very unprofessional. When asked to see the room he walked us angrily !
