納提沃小屋(Nativo Lodge)

The hotel was amazing very respectful staff the room was amazing amenities were great aswell very close to many places to get food walking distance a small little minor discretion the door chain lock was broken but no biggie other than that I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay there again

Awful nasty dirty place found Roaches crawling throughout the room and what really was the end of out stay was the spiders. Spiders at foot of the bed and who knows where else also they say they have security walking around parking lot but can't really secure the lot when he is in conference room watching terminator while people are outside in bed of my truck trying take things . We left with 2 nights still on our trip and Nativo refused to refund us 2 night that we weren't staying didn't make sense to me but I recommend staying away from this place "the Cockroach lodge"

For my birthday weekend we booked our stay at the Nativo. Of all these times we visit ABQ, it was our first time staying here. The staff was so nice and welcoming! I didnt get the name of the gentleman who checked us in but he upgraded our room to an artist room with mountain view for my birthday! It was such a nice surprise. The room was a basic room with common amenities, fridge, keurig, tv. The artwork was the added touch and the mountain view was beautiful! The room was clean but visibly worn in certain places. Nothing to complain about for us though. The heater sometimes felt like it would start blowing cool air while sleeping in the middle of the night but would go back to warm after adjusting the temp again. Not sure why. The kids loved the pool and we also enjoyed the hot tub! Decent price. We would stay again for the lovely hotel staff making us feel so welcome!

The Hotel was so outdated. When we first got there the receptionist was nice, we off to a good start. We got to our rooms and it was outdated, old and smelt. The carpets seem dirty. Our TV did not work so we sat in silence. The bathtub had a leak and water was everywhere in the bathroom. The family in the room next to us had music blasting till 4am I did not get any sleep my kids were scared. I tried calling the front desk to make a noise report nobody answered. It was just a bad experience. I will never stay at this Hotel again! The pool was filthy dirty as well!

We stayed for 1 night before a balloon ride. It was quiet, comfortable, and the staff were very pleasent. Room was fine with a view. Actually quite nice for the price

This is a charming property and the artwork is wonderful. The complimentary drinks are a nice touch; the front desk was very friendly and the texts are helpful. The shower faucet in our room was extremely difficult to work and the front desk gave us the impression that our experience was not unusual. We wanted to use the hot tub but it was pretty lukewarm. Maybe all this is better in warmer weather? At the price, it is not great value.

My first room I checked into had trash all over the room and liquor bottles. We got checked into a new room which was a downgrade, I booked a Mountain View then got stuck with a building view. The second room also had a comforter with stains and some sort of weird texture inside the comforter. Like balls of cloth or somethin, idk. I’ve stayed here numerous times but this time was different.

Very nice stay, the desk clerk was nice and friendly, even gave us a glass of wine and a beer. The only thing missing in room was kleenix. Each room has a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. The location was easy to get to right off I-25 and near I-40.
