Good location and nice roof bar with great staff and drinks. Unfortunately, the room was not up to the standard the hotel claims and the TV's network connection did not work.

You expect to get what you pay for. Unfortunately that’s not always the case. For example, the room in this ‘premium’ hotel had been poorly serviced. In itself this may not be a big deal, but then we pulled back the sheets and discovered that the sheets clearly had not been changed. The staff tried to make it better, which meant repacking and hauling everything I had just brought to another room. I was very late and after a very long day of driving, all I could do was cry.

This is our favorite hotel in Albuquerque. It captures the vibe and culture of the region in its beautiful design. If you tire of cookie cutter hotels, this is well worth your while. The rooms are spacious and posh. Great amenities. The gym has Peleton bikes and there is a heated outdoor pool. We were so happy to enjoy the rooftop bar and the gorgeous sunset views. Big thanks to Matt, the hotel GM and Leo, our valet for such a warm welcome and great service.

First time to Albuquerque and Hotel Chaco made it memorable! Staff to food to how clean it was! Loved our stay!!!

Absolutely loved the property and would definitely stay again. Noah at the front desk was awesome and went out of his way to make everyone comfortable. It was the best stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Chaco. The building, rooms, and grounds are gorgeous. They seem to have left no detail overlooked in decorations and amenities. The Native American artwork and motif throughout the property was stunning. The room was large, immaculate and lovely. And finally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. I highly recommend Hotel Chaco - it's an Albuquerque gem!

It is a hotel that I have returned to because of the location, very clean, comfortable rooms and impeccable decoration 👏👍 excellent service, the price is worth it.

The beds, pillows and linens were very cheap and uncomfortable. Particularly at this price point
