Welcoming at reception, very quick, very clean. Room clean and bathroom. View of the river, nice balcony to see the views. Breakfast extra but continental and English choices. Staff from reception to the bar and the cleaners all very friendly. Bar snacks available which guests tended to use due to not having to go out in 46 degrees. Pool welcoming n warm.
