亞歷山德里亞古城喜來登套房酒店(Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria)

This was a great hotel in a wonderful town not too far from DC. The architecture was amazing, and the room had quite a unique setup. Service was good and I had no complaints.

This is probably the fifth or sixth time we have chosen to stay at the Sheraton Suites. The facility is very good, the location is prime but the staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and accommodates any need you may have. We recently stayed over Thanksgiving and they were attuned to our being away from home at the holiday. From the front end personnel to the cafe and housekeeping they are aware of what you want! It's the Ritz without the price tag!!!

This is a very comfortable property with spacious rooms and friendly staff. It is about a 15 minute walk from the center of Old Town Alexandria, so convenient yet quiet. We appreciated the excellent bar and staff to relax in after a busy day.

The stay was, ok... however check-in young lady was rude and texting on her cell during my check-in so i figured maybe i was bothering her on her job. She also did a q50.00 holding but didn't tell me. The AC wasn't working well, but i didn't report it because 1 night stay. I wouldn't stay again.

They never had the correct number of towels, I paid extra for more people. I had to go get more towels each day for a week. Otherwise, excellent!

very good location, comfortable and clean.. friendly staff..the front desk young lady, Mayda extremely nice and professional and went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed.

The staff was very responsive to our requests. They returned a lost coat and sunglasses that we left in common area. Great inner courtyard!

really delighted this place is right across the street from Hanks my favorite restaurant in old town alexandria

My only issue is that they did not have any throw pillows for back support when sitting on the deep sofa. We had to bring over the pillows from the bed.
