這家酒店所追求的積極之處在於它的位置。老城區的商店和餐館就在附近，而且星巴克就在拐角處。即使這家酒店還不到一歲，我們的洗手間或冰箱都沒有工作。冰箱根本無法冷卻，必須更換，而且馬桶無法沖洗25％的時間，因為水箱中沒有水。抵達后，我們的浴室僅提供一小塊肥皂和一卷額外的廁紙。剩下的客房服務食物和菜肴在走廊上放置了很長一段時間，使走廊聞起來很恐怖。電梯中散布着香水噴霧器，散發著沉重的氣味，使它們難以呼吸。我有一些親朋好友，即使沒有哮喘發作的風險，他們也根本無法使用電梯。一些工作人員非常友善，樂於助人和樂於助人，但是其中許多人都很粗魯。當我們進入酒店大廳或經過他們時，他們沒有微笑，打個招呼甚至不承認我們。由於在酒店兩旁進行了新建築，我們在入住期間的數個清晨非常早就醒了。然而，最重要的是，對我而言最糟糕的是停車費高昂。每天$ 34是淫穢的！給客人沒有停車選擇，而是強迫他們使用代客泊車服務，這也使他們處於一種非常尷尬的境地，認為他們不得不將代客泊車服務從已經收取的高昂費用上推翻。英迪格酒店不是豪華酒店，他們需要意識到，並非所有客人都能負擔得起除了酒店房間之外的幾百美元停車費用！

很高興我們住在這裏。酒店是完美的。鍾工作人員總是爲我們開門,每次我們走進來都打招呼。電梯超級快,房間特別棒。我們被升級到一個更大的房間,非常適合訪問。這家餐館還不錯,唯一的問題是我通常不喜歡把車留給僕人,但他們很快又友好。你給他們發短信,他們回覆你一個時間去拿車。確保你有一些錢,因爲他們會壓倒你,開始抓包,把車停好。我沒有準備好,不得不記住在訪問中誰給小費。房間空氣很完美,這次參觀非常棒。

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

This hotel is wonderful in every way. The facility is especially clean, the breakfast buffet extensive, beds and rooms very comfortable, and small kitchens a plus. The entire staff was especially efficient, courteous, and gracious - front desk (guest experts), breakfast staff, cleaning staff, and the shuttle drivers. They were all genuinely polite, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel offers free shuttle service within 1 mile, and it is just 2 blocks from the free Trolley that goes down King Street - although the waterfront is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. Exceptional hotel! Highly recommend this hotel.

Morrison House is an delightful boutique hotel, small enough that it feels like a hideaway. The area feels very safe for women traveling alone. There is an adorable courtyard entry with a fountain and double curving steps up to the the door. We stayed at the end of a week in DC, so we each had a large suitcase and a carry-on to haul awkwardly up the steps - maybe stay there when you are traveling more lightly. The front desk staff were adequately friendly. I am not disappointed in the service, but I did not have the outstanding experience that some reviewers have written about. We were upgraded to an Illustrator room, which is a corner room on a high floor. I found the room very clean and in good repair. The mattress was medium firmness and we slept well. The shower had good water pressure. We did not hear any noise from outside. Unfortunately it began to rain shortly after our arrival so we did not get a chance to explore the area. I did go downstairs for a complementary glass of wine. We were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed. Be sure to note the square footage of the rooms. They are smaller than average rooms in a 4-star hotel. The room did feel small but I think it was due to the 8-foot ceiling because it did not feel cramped. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but like I mentioned above, we did sleep well. Parking is in an underground garage below the hotel. Our vehicle was parked for us but they do not have valet services.

攜程訂的兩間大床房，到前台準備入住，回答衹能查到一間雙床，打攜程客服一直忙線，後來一位客服打給我，要和酒店前台對話，在給了酒店他們內部一個確認碼后，酒店查到科另外一間，還是雙床，客服電話裏讓酒店前台換大床，前台不肯，說無法換，最後衹能再等攜程去交涉，前後約一個小時，最後還是自己去找了酒店值班經理說明情況才得以入住，到酒店是晚上8點50，10點才拿到房卡，經歷了一天的長途疲勞還碰到這事比較糟心，酒店離市區位置比較近，價格比較便宜，畢竟希爾頓大牌，不過這類酒店早餐都要另外收費且貴，還是覺得holiday inn，crown plaza這類比較好，性價比高

Morrison House is an delightful boutique hotel, small enough that it feels like a hideaway. The area feels very safe for women traveling alone. There is an adorable courtyard entry with a fountain and double curving steps up to the the door. We stayed at the end of a week in DC, so we each had a large suitcase and a carry-on to haul awkwardly up the steps - maybe stay there when you are traveling more lightly. The front desk staff were adequately friendly. I am not disappointed in the service, but I did not have the outstanding experience that some reviewers have written about. We were upgraded to an Illustrator room, which is a corner room on a high floor. I found the room very clean and in good repair. The mattress was medium firmness and we slept well. The shower had good water pressure. We did not hear any noise from outside. Unfortunately it began to rain shortly after our arrival so we did not get a chance to explore the area. I did go downstairs for a complementary glass of wine. We were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed. Be sure to note the square footage of the rooms. They are smaller than average rooms in a 4-star hotel. The room did feel small but I think it was due to the 8-foot ceiling because it did not feel cramped. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but like I mentioned above, we did sleep well. Parking is in an underground garage below the hotel. Our vehicle was parked for us but they do not have valet services.

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. We were upgraded to an Illustrator room, which is a corner room on a high floor. I found the room very clean and in good repair. The mattress was medium firmness and we slept well. The shower had good water pressure. We did not hear any noise from outside. Unfortunately it began to rain shortly after our arrival so we did not get a chance to explore the area. I did go downstairs for a complementary glass of wine. We were there on a Sunday so the restaurant was closed. Be sure to note the square footage of the rooms. They are smaller than average rooms in a 4-star hotel. The room did feel small but I think it was due to the 8-foot ceiling because it did not feel cramped. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but like I mentioned above, we did sleep well. Parking is in an underground garage below the hotel. Our vehicle was parked for us but they do not have valet services.

There were roaches in the sink, bathroom floor was dirty, there was no rug for the bathroom floor so you can already tell how messy it was when you got out of the shower. Morrison House is an delightful boutique hotel, small enough that it feels like a hideaway. The area feels very safe for women traveling alone. There is an adorable courtyard entry with a fountain and double curving steps up to the the door. We stayed at the end of a week in DC, so we each had a large suitcase and a carry-on to haul awkwardly up the steps - maybe stay there when you are traveling more lightly. The front desk staff were adequately friendly. I am not disappointed in the service, but I did not have the outstanding experience that some reviewers have written about. 攜程訂的兩間大床房，到前台準備入住，回答衹能查到一間雙床，打攜程客服一直忙線，後來一位客服打給我，要和酒店前台對話，在給了酒店他們內部一個確認碼后，酒店查到科另外一間，還是雙床，客服電話裏讓酒店前台換大床，前台不肯，說無法換，最後衹能再等攜程去交涉，前後約一個小時，最後還是自己去找了酒店值班經理說明情況才得以入住，到酒店是晚上8點50，10點才拿到房卡，經歷了一天的長途疲勞還碰到這事比較糟心，酒店離市區位置比較近，價格比較便宜，畢竟希爾頓大牌，不過這類酒店早餐都要另外收費且貴，還是覺得holiday inn，crown plaza這類比較好，性價比高
