2020年1月，我成為Melia Alicante酒店的客人。非常專業的員工，非常注意我的所有需求。接待員可以迅速滿足所有要求。風景很棒：)他們在樓下有一個酒吧，您可以在那裡喝杯雞尾酒，品嘗美味的海鮮。他們還有很多其他便利設施，例如游泳池，餐廳，水療中心。 。 。

很好，除了房間有點暗而且隔音不太好（可以聽到街道噪音）

在經歷了一場空中災後,空中的,我們在門前着沒有的住,在車裏睡着了,等着解決辦法,我們在1:00找到了房間。我們出婚了,很累。在這個酒店我們成功找到了個淨的,溫的牀。而我們的親愛的伊萬真的非常歡迎我們,聽着,和注意我們的需要。真的是頂級!

Hello Firstly I’d like to say don’t listen to half these bad reviews . People that say it’s in the middle of no where clearly haven’t done any research prior to booking this hotel , which absolutely baffles me. El Campello and San Juan are a 10 minute cab journey or car if you have one away. Two beautiful beaches for the family or couples to enjoy. There’s a few small shops and bars 5 minute walk from hotel if you want something different. As for the hotel , it’s been updated since we last went , rooms currently still under going refurbs , we had top floor overlooking the pool it was a stunning view every morning and a very spacious room for me and my kids and wife. We have stayed at this hotel twice before and also my parents have had apartments they bought in the bonalba complex. For me personally to not have many English there is bliss I don’t come away on holiday to see English , I like the culture of the Spanish and the fact I try to speak some to which is good. No idea why people say it’s not a clean hotel , there was a cleaner in the toilets every single morning without fail , spotless and the pool area was so clean every time we went down there. Food was a great selection we had full board , every meal we had was brilliant and the staff always stocked up when the buffet got low on food. I will say if you don’t like waiting in queues or waiting in general to be served for drinks at the bar or reception then this isn’t the place for you neither is any of Spain 😂 they are very relaxed people and they take there time and you have to respect that. Overall for me I had a fantastic 8 days got back yesterday , my kids loved it and I will give one more special mention to AMY the animation team , she is outstanding with kids I mean the best I’ve ever seen with them , she is truly gifted, made everyone feel welcome always smiling , loads of energy and she had kids around her all day they were in awe of her , my three children loved her , please show her this review whoever reads this from hotel bonalba , I forgot to say bye to her as couldn’t find her on final day ( just say to her I was the dad of Jenson and Rocco the twins ) from south London she will know who we are , she’s not back until Tuesday night I believe so maybe she could read it then I wish her the best in life ,a superb dancer too. 在回英國的早班飛機之前,我們只停留了一晚。我們想在步行範圍內找到市中心,並有停車場。酒店很容易找到,有免費停車場,而且步行15分鐘即可到達市中心的酒吧和餐廳。早上,我們輕鬆驅車10分鐘到達機場。我們的房間和浴室有點過時,但乾淨舒適,這是我們所需要的。我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但晚上回到酒店時在露台上喝了幾杯。考慮到它的位置和免費停車,我們一定會再次訪問。

We arrived very late in the night. The hotel entrance was inviting and the lobby was clean and pretty decent. The hotel check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. She checked us in and even assisted us with getting a hot meal despite how late it was. We then proceeded to find our room. The first thing we noticed was that the hallway on the floor was poorly lit, but we were tired so we jut cheked for our room and went it. On entering the room, it smelt unpleasant. There was a smell of old dust. We then went inside the bathroom. That was an awful experience. The toilet had dried urination stains, the shower vent was filled with dust and the bathroom wasn't fresh. We then tried to turn on the television and it wouldnt work. We called the front desk and the check-in staff offered to come to our room. She broguth a new remote to asisst with the television. We complained about the room and asked if we could be moved. She said the room we got was for disabled persons and hadnt been used in a while ( which was obvious) but it also wasnt clean. She offered to try and get us into a new room the next day for which we were grateful. We tried to endure but had trouble sleeping because the air conditioner was filled with dust. We eventually fell asleep and by the net morning I couldnt breathe. My nose was stuffy and I felt like i was choking on dust. We decided to just check out early and find another place as at this point we just had enough. We checked out and were told that we would receive a refund for the remaining nights we did not stay. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 1. A week after we checked out , we receievd an email stating that they will not refund the nights that we did not stay without valid explanation. Highly disappointing! Defintiely won't go back.

現在很多人都說這家酒店不是這個也不是那個,讓我說如果你沒有超重,那它還是瑪麗亞娜酒店,餐廳和海灘,公平的不錯。這不是在前面,但多麼可愛的地方房間乾淨,有一個迷你吧,這是房間的很好的補充。房間內保險箱,今天整體乾淨,一次極好的住宿。正如我常說的,我經常不參加工作,公平地評價這個地方很可愛。屋頂游泳池不是很大,但是您對屋頂棒有什麼期待。那裏也很棒的小酒吧。不得不說,他們在那裏盡力滿足我的早期入住,但承諾不承諾,但他們在那裏做的最好。房子前面的區域和接待團隊是這家酒店的信用。

在這裏住了4晚(2月12日至16日)不知道人們在抱怨什麼,是的酒店是過時的,但是很乾淨,很好的毛巾,還有牀。一到就要求要水壺,10分鐘就生產了一把,位置很棒,從陽台上可以看到城堡的景色非常完美。至於工作人員,我們沒有遇到任何無幫助的人,事實上他們非常好。我們吃了早餐,而且是歐式風味,但在一間漂亮的餐廳中非常充足。再次可愛的住宿,謝謝 X
