House keeping very accommodating. Food was great. Location very quite. Will definitely be using this location again.

Rude manager, Multiple problems,$10 overcharge, but the the overall rating is much lower due to my interaction with manager.

The hotel was close to everything in Alice. The gas station mini mart was at walking distance. Breakfast was good not just cereal. They had 3 nice outdoor seating areas and a pool. The beds were comfortable.

I was on business, I really liked the stay quiet and the staff was very accommodating with everything I asked and made sure the stay was good.i would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a quiet and comfortable hotel.

Stay here if you are just passing by. The price is probably fair for what you get; not a lot of fanciness or luxury here. Just a comfortable bed to sleep in, enough room space to do some work or organize you field work notes. It's a one-story hotel without many of the typical amenities you'll find at other more touristic ones. Feels dusty everywhere due to all the contractors' trucks and dry season around this area. Plus there seems to be a lack of maintenance/cleaning around the general areas outside and parking lot. If you are visiting this town on a vacation or for any other leisure purposes, you'll be better off staying at the other newer, better brand hotels at the other end of town.
