Posto meraviglioso, gli studios famigliari a piano terra sono bellissimi, nuovi e la location è stupenda, davanti al mare e a 2 passi dal centro di Aliki dove si possono trovare bar e ristorantini di pesce. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con la macchina, posto super consigliato.

Très bonne option à Aliki Très bon rapport qualité-prix dans sa catégorie. Nous avions une chambre rénovée, au Rez, grande et confortable avec petite terrasse ombragée. Petite cuisine avec vaisselle, bouilloire, plaques électriques. Très calme et privatif. Pas de passage devant, sauf quelques promeneurs sur la plage en contre-bas. À 2 min à pied des restaurants et magasins.

Super logement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Propre Plage au sable fin à 2 pas Merci aux hotes très aidant si problème ou pour trouver une location de voiture. Arrêt de bus tout proche qui amène à Parikia. Alyki est un mignon petit port très calme

Ich habe mich noch nie so gut entspannt wie hier in der Nebensaison. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und auch der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Strand mit weiteren 2 Stränden fussläufig, wo man herrlich schwimmen kann. Vor der Tür hält der Bus mit einem Streckennetz über die ganze Insel. Ein kleiner Flughafen ist in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und der Blick auf das Meer himmlisch. Bestes frisches Essen in den Restaurants im Ort 2 Minuten entfernt.

El hotel está a poco más de 20 metros de la playa, sólo por eso merece la pena alojarse. La habitación donde me alojé, no era muy grande y las camas un poco duras, pero tenia unas vistas increíbles de la playa. El personal es muy amable, aunque no nos dejaron usar las tumbonas si no consumíamos algún producto del bar

Na beira da praia e equipe muito acolhedora Excelente hotel na beira da praia. A localização é ótima e a pequena vila de Aliki tem restaurantes muito bons. Destaque para a equipe do hotel, muito amigável e acolhedora. Sem dúvidas voltarei lá!

In my opinion, this is one of the best seafront apartments in Aliki. We could step straight from our room onto the terrace, with the crystal-clear, warm sea just a couple of metres away. There is a lovely beach bar and restaurant only a minute’s walk along the shoreline, making it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. What really makes this place special, however, is the family who manage it. They are incredibly welcoming and genuinely go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable. A fantastic location, wonderful hosts, and an unbeatable beachfront setting. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

A Little Paradise by the Sea Ostria Studios made our holiday truly unforgettable. The place is fantastic—spotless, bright, and right on the beach. An incredible experience thanks to Caterina and her team, all professional, kind, and always welcoming. I can’t recommend it highly enough
