很一般的酒店。它曾經是匹茲堡最豪華的酒店之一，但現在滑坡得非常明顯。幾乎沒有任何服務，房間內部的電話是壞的（想要客房服務得親自下樓），衞生做得也一般（床單上甚至有污漬）。
酒店內部商店、餐廳也幾乎處於倒閉的狀態。我們入住的時候下大雪，白天根本出不了門，結果這麼大一家酒店竟然沒有吃的（衹有一家酒吧還在營業）！
最後，由於這個酒店的整體設計，幾乎所有基礎房型的窗户都是對內的（窗户對面就是一堵牆），有點幽閉。

匹茲堡歷史悠久的酒店 建於1961年 房間一看就是老牌星級酒店 喜歡那個燈光 晚上躺着休息很舒服愜意 酒店位置也不錯！前台服務稍差 其他都不錯！VALET停車服務的人很好 不過酒店沒拖鞋 有牙刷牙膏

The location of awesome. But room itself is outdated. Wall sealing are starting to come off. Amenities are fully functional though. We asked for extra body lotion but took them more than 30minutes to respond. We ended up bumping into house keeping in the corridors and asked for them there.

Great location, a lot of walkable restaurants. Love the grand historical feel of the property. Team members are very helpful.
Due to the historical build, bathroom is tight, really one meant for one person to be in there at a time.
This is our second stay, the safety, location and historical look will keep us coming back.

Great location, terrible check in. Waited 6 hours for check in past the check in time. Threw off my entire business schedule. Sheets were still dirty when we checked in and the replacements were as well. Connecting room door unlocked. Would not recommend booking if you have business or a schedule to keep.

Property feels like rundown building and keeping up with modern time for examples no usb ports or accessible ports in room
Had great check in with very personable staff
Very poor and rude customer service manager at front end when asked about just 15 to 20 min late checkout due to ongoing meeting
When I pointed out that it’s poor tone and customer service I was pointed out by staff that's what management wants
Would not stay again if they can’t accommodate 15 min for $ 400 night stay

The hotel looks nice in pictures. The check in staff was incredibly rude. There were dead bugs in the windows and falling out of curtains the amenities are completely outdated. The only nice part of the hotel was the lobby. The taproom restaurant had bugs floating in our drinks and service was poor. All in all it did the trick but I will
Never be staying her again.
