艾倫温德姆拉昆塔鄉村套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Allen at the Village)

The room was super clean, bed was comfy, the view they gave us was under construction literally. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plentiful and lasted well past 9am as the hours say, we ate breakfast at 10am, got dressed and as we were checking out breakfast was still going! Check in was painless, and the rest is history. I’d definitely book again. There is construction going on around the hotel just fyi

They kept my id at check in. I called the next day and was told that only a manager could mail it to me. I had to call 2 more times before I was able to speak to a manager. They claim they mailed it but I haven’t received it 2 weeks later. It should only take a few days for it to reach me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel as my room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. First day food that was brought up to the room and was still in the room when I came back at night. Second day was worse, the beds were not made, bathroom was dirty from the previous day and trash was not even picked up as we had left garbage bags from we purchases we had made the prior day prior. Despite raising the issue with the reception staff, we were told we had put a do not disturbed sign outside which is a lie - we noticed all they had done was pick up the dirty towers we had left on the bathroom floor. This lack of housekeeping service seriously impacted my stay and overall satisfaction. Not only do I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future, but provide a full refund for my stay. The reason I usually stay at chain hotels is that I know what to expect as the motto is “best surprise, is no surprise” as you know what to expect. This below bar experience is inexcusable.

The wall paper in the common areas is peeling up, the floor tiles are broken but glued back in place, the card key entry door access away from the main door was broken the entire week. The window glass in our room was broken -- just the outside pane. We had to go down the front desk every day to get towels even when housekeeping was supposed to replace towels every day. They only do full service on rooms every third day, which the failed to inform us during check-in. We have stayed here twice before over the last 18 months and it has gone downhill so much that we will not go back..

The fitness room - equipment not working. treadmill, the TV and the wall clock. Access doors. The only door working properly was the main door; key card access was not working on 2 side entrances. Business center - the key board was not working properly. While using the keyboard I was able to use the numeric keys. The space bar was not operable. I was using a (period) key to space my wording. I needed a printed copy of my lost item report for the airport. The document didn’t look pretty but I was able to submit electrically & print. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Building under construction; poor access to main lobby. Room keys intermittently worked on room door and side entrances. Side door sometimes was unlocked. Large gap between room door and floor. Beer bottles left around property in the morning,

The only positive thing about my stay here was that Marva was able to help me check into my room without any problems unlike the others. She deserves a raise or some sort of promotion because she actually had good customer service unlike the other employee or manager. Either way it go, thank you Marva and God bless you!

Worst experience first time and last front desk didn’t care people were so loud at night laying on the floor in hallways and ridiculous

The owner needs to improve immediately the service of cleaning, change beds. I stayed three days the bed has not change at all. The toilet kept all days and night even though we have noticed at the front desk. They had given a few towers. Over all the service is poor.
