考沙塔貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Inn at Coushatta)

I really enjoyed my stay. We had a planned family reunion and quiet a few family members stayed at the Best Western and some had rented Chalets. The service was on point, and we enjoyed a good hearty breakfast together before checking out. The room was very spacious. I would stay there anytime I'm in the area.

Convenient to the ****** and transportation to the ******.

Under new management there has some kinks to be worked out. The hotel and room were clean but I had a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke so bad I couldn't sleep. There were lots of handprints and streaks on the headboard so the rooms need cleaning from floor to ceiling. The bed was comfortable. The tv remote didn't work. Just a few things the new mgmt can fix. Great shuttle to ****** and staff were awesome.

The man who checked us in was rude. The air conditioner in my sons room didn’t work and he was not very helpful in relocating him. Wanted to charge for what he called an upgrade! Wasn’t sons fault.

It was a few things that stuck out for me. 1. The room was ready before the posted check-in time, which was a plus. 2. The rooms were clean and the bed was heavenly...I really need someone from Best Western to email me the name of the pillows, and the breakdown of sheet, spread, sheet ratio that they use when making up the beds! And 3. The lady who was responsible for putting out the breakfast spread the next morning deserves a raise and a standing ovation. Best blueberry waffles I've ever eaten, and the rest of the food was noteworthy!

Very well kept hotel and the employees are friendly and professional. Plus it’s always clean. The beds are comfortable.

It is very close to the Coushatta ******. Clean and the room we were given was unusually large and so was the bathroom. However, their WI-Fi and internet service is awful.....doesn't work most of the time or you have WI-Fi and no internet. Very disappointing. Might as well not advertise it is available.

They do not have microwaves or little mini fridges and then I was told for that hundred dollar accidental charge. I found that out right as soon as I was checking in which I should’ve known about it the second I book the room two weeks ago.
