Elevator got stuck on me for a few minutes. I’m ringing the call button the young lady at the desk was too busy watching tv to be concerned. Elevator was out of service the whole time. I call desk to explain almost got stuck in elevator no one picks up. I walk back downstairs to let her know. She in lounge watching tv. There’s no way she couldn’t have heard the alarm bell.

Our stay at the hotel started off a bit rocky, to say the least. Between our large group being spread all across and an out-of-order elevator, we were feeling pretty frustrated. But you know what? The shining star in all of this was the incredible front desk assistant, Steven. Right from the moment we met him at check-in, Steven made us feel heard and understood. It's like he could sense our frustration and was determined to turn things around for us. He really went out of his way to empathize with our situation, and that meant a lot to us. During our previous stay at this hotel, we were used to seamless experiences. This time, though, things didn't go as planned, and it was honestly disappointing. But thanks to Steven's outstanding customer service, our trip took a completely different turn. Steven's dedication and problem-solving skills were top-notch. He managed everything with such efficiency, and his warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like we were in good hands. It's clear that he takes pride in what he does, and his genuine care for guests like us truly shines through. As we plan future trips, we hope for smoother stays, of course. But what we really hope for is to have Steven by our side again. He's not just a front desk assistant; he's a true hospitality gem!

My stay was brief, clean, and comfortable, however, the check in was not smooth, the refundable deposit charges are confusing, and my overall experience was diminished because of that. And the room cost was different than what I had booked the room for on **********, Confirmation # 9145296980689. I’m not sure why, but the room was labeled that I needed “handicap.”I have no need for a handicap room. I did receive a voice mail and upon check in, the same message was reinforced: I was told my room was not available because the door was out of order and I should make other arrangements. After I expressed no need for a handicap room, they couldn’t find a single bed room for one person for the original cost of $137.61which included taxes. Several charge attempts were submitted to the account on file: $237.38, $232.41, $222.51, $147.51 ($147.51 was the actual cost of the room). After above attempts didnt work, I was informed of a refundable deposit required of $75 in addition to the nights stay. I then placed the deposit on another card. My bank records reflect two charges from the hotel: $75 and $72.51. Not sure why this is, I need clarity. Keeyana at check in, and again at checkout, said I would receive a receipt for my stay to the email on file, I am still waiting. I checked out of room 302 ~7:30am this morning. Overall, this created more stress, as money is tight, and I am still concerned about the ‘refundable’ charges ($72.51 and $75) that are reflect to my account.

Your front end members were super sweet and always there to help you or just to talk if needed. The only thing that needed a little work was radiator kept changing temperature.
