Hospitality was nice

Great clean place to stay on a budget, especially if you just want a place to sleep and stay over. Rooms and amenities in them are well kept.

The road noise was a negative, being situated at a busy highway crossroads. Noise from an upstairs tenant was also disturbing. But room was clean and well serviced.

Fine place. Not a fan of $100 security deposits, but I guess that's the norm today in this area.

It was great for a quick stay and only 10 minutes from downtown Allentown. The room was clean and staff were respectful. Great for the price.

The room was good for the price I paid. No issues about the room or the hotel. Friendly person at check in. It is close to the major highway so there is some noise from the traffic. Not a real issue for me. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very convenient. Right off the highway but still quiet. Excellent for the price. Clean.

It started with waiting for almost 5 minutes to be waited on due to no one at the counter, then scolded for knocking on the window. then an error with the booking then treated as though the customer service on the phone was more important than me standing right in front of her and was informed it was another customer. she then called her boss and told him I was calling her a liar. I had to ask for her to call him to get the room changed to 1 without stairs because I have bad knees. They refused and were very sarcastic and nasty. We have stayed there several times before and never had such an awful experience.
