我在喀拉拉邦的這家酒店度過了一段美好的時光！飯店位置絕佳，既靠近所有景點，又鬧中取靜，令人放鬆。房間寬敞舒適，浴室更是棒極了——現代、乾淨、設計精良。員工熱情友好，總是面帶微笑地提供幫助。餐飲也十分出色，提供種類豐富的當地和國際美食，每一道都風味十足。屋頂泳池和酒吧是一大亮點，可以俯瞰城市美景，尤其是在日落時分，景色更是美不勝收。從氣氛到服務，這次入住體驗堪稱完美。我強烈推薦這家酒店給所有來喀拉拉邦的遊客！

我在這家餐廳的用餐體驗非常糟糕。服務極為差勁——只有一個服務生負責所有訂單，導致上菜速度慢，場面混亂。更糟的是，營運經理的態度非常不專業，徹底毀了我的用餐體驗。這樣的服務水平，實在難以推薦這家餐廳。

飯店很棒，主人熱情周到。房間舒適，浴室寬敞。雖然從房間看不到鐵路，但白天待在房間的時間並不多。早餐很不錯，服務生也很盡責。咖啡很差，這在印度很常見，奶茶也淡而無味。飯店有一家不供應酒水的家庭餐廳，露台餐廳則提供啤酒。飯店門口有計程車和嘟嘟車。有泳池的露台很宜人。

一次絕佳的體驗。飯店環境優雅別緻，餐廳提供美味多樣的菜餚。飯店員工的服務和反應速度也都非常出色。

Although I did not stay at Classic Regency, I visited the property for lunch and an Ayurveda spa session after spending time at Alleppey Beach, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel. Here is my review - Positives: 1. The food was served quickly, warm, and tasted delicious. 2. The hotel appears well-maintained and hygienic. 3. The washrooms were clean and properly maintained. 4. Excellent location — right opposite the beach and easily walkable. Negatives: 1. Food: Unfortunately, there was a fly in my sweet dish (Rasamalai), which was quite disappointing. 2. Ayurveda Spa (INR 2750): The spa experience was extremely disappointing. The service was done by a staff member named Elizabeth, who appeared untrained. She did not speak or understand Hindi or English, making communication very difficult despite my attempts. The massage lacked proper technique — it felt like oil was being rubbed hurriedly without any real skill, pressure application, or attention to muscle tension. There was no therapeutic approach whatsoever. I strongly advise guests to reconsider booking a spa service here. I have already shared this feedback with the front desk manager. Based on my experience, I would rate the spa service 1/5.

Rooms are Good. But food options in buffer dinner are limited. We have booked 3 rooms with dinner options. They have provided us buffet dinner but with only 2 non veg dishes. No non veg soup provided inspite of our request. Taste is also average.
