We stayed at Ramada Alleppey from September 6th (check-in) to September 7th (check-out). The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, which gave us a pleasant first impression. However, upon arrival, the reception welcome felt very cold, and we had to wait quite a long time for the room. We understood the delay since it was a busy Onam holiday with back-to-back check-ins and check-outs. The disappointing part was the welcome drink experience. Despite waiting for more than an hour, we had to remind the reception twice to provide it. The delay was difficult, especially since the kids were quite thirsty. Eventually, juice was brought to us after the second reminder. We stayed in Room 103, which was fine overall with no major complaints. In the evening, the tea and coffee session was quite busy, but the taste of both tea and coffee was excellent really top-notch. Unfortunately, the snacks ran out quickly, so not everyone could enjoy them. The breakfast buffet was decent with good quality and taste. However, the restaurant service could be more attentive and engaging with customers to create a stronger sense of genuine hospitality.
