OYO鄧馬爾旅館(OYO Dunmar House Hotel)

房間非常非常冷。我是下午5點左右到達的，房間裡很冷，但浴室很溫暖！我把散熱器開到最大。當我晚上7點左右離開時，天氣還沒變暖。接待處的女士告訴我鍋爐直到晚上 7 點才啟動。當我半夜回來時，房間仍然很冷。接待處沒有人，我也沒有在房間裡看到可以打電話給他們的電話。我不希望在床上必須分層穿襪子，這樣我才能足夠溫暖地睡覺。早上還是這樣。散熱器顯然沒有正常工作，或者他們的房間需要多個散熱器。浴室的天花板、浴缸、淋浴間和廁所周圍也有潮濕的斑點。迫切需要內部更新以及一些潮濕處理和加熱升級。我住在1號房。

當我們到達酒店時，我們發現一棟非常漂亮的建築！ 酒店非常黑暗，整個酒店都瀰漫著壁爐的味道，從長遠來看並不令人愉快。飯店浴室和各處都鋪著地毯。 另一方面，床單和盥洗用品的清潔度（就連浴室裡都有盥洗用品）關於晚餐！非常體面的一餐。 基本的早餐，可以在房間裡吃鹽（有些門不會從外面關上（所以避免留下個人物品）或詢問工作人員

Accueil sympathique dans une demeure authentique et dépaysante. L'atmosphère est écossaise et on se sent bien. Les chambres sont agréables et le dîner servit sur place sous la véranda est appréciable. Petit déjeuner traditionnel,bon et copieux.Un très bon rapport qualité prix

Certes l'hôtel mériterait une petite remise à jour, mais il a son charme dans cette vielle et jolie bâtisse. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner complet. On peut se poser dans le jardin pour boire un verre si le temps le permet bien sûr.

El lugar es muy bonito pero está lejos de todas partes, nosotros paseamos por el entorno, había un campo de golf y casas muy bonitas, necesita una remodelación y más limpieza, la comida bién y el personal muy amable.

Had a really nice stay here. Yes it's a bit run down but it was clean, the staff are lovely, the food was great and the room was comfy and spacious. Had a lovely very comfortable 4 poster bed with a view over the garden and I think whatever issue with the heating previous visitors have had has been fixed since it was toasty warm the whole time. Shower wasn't brilliant but did the job and there was a bath too. Was definitely a good choice and good value for money.

Lovely, comfy, clean quiet room with helpful staff and good food. The grounds are also lovely and well maintained. I had the vegetarian breakfast which was much more enjoyable than other hotels have stayed! I would recommend to other travellers going to Alloa.

Hotel overall is tired and urgently needs updating. The shower was cold, had no flow and at one point stopped altogether. Tried to use it at different times but to no avail. Roof light in bathroom needs a blind for night time as it lets light into the room. On the plus side couldn’t fault the food. Thought evening meal of 2 courses plus a drink was good value for money. Happy also with breakfast. Freshly cooked. Couldnt fault it. Staff friendly but felt that the younger ones needed training and direction. Seemed a lot of staff milling around but didn’t seem to be doing much.

Stayed at Dunmar House from end of April to early May, it felt like home. Maggie & Lauren were so wonderful in making our stay as comfortable as possible and giving great advice on places to visit. The food from breakfast to dinner was always so delicious & fresh.
