The hotel provided good value for a business or standard (but not luxury) tourist traveller. I would definitely stay again. That said, there are some things the hotel really must work on. Firstly, personnel service - the front desk is sometimes unmanned, and moreover there is no room service whatsoever, so you cannot eat after the main restaurant closes. Secondly, the breakfast is not great and presents rather limited options for a traveller with western breakfast tastes (is more aligned to local tastes). Thirdly (and I have seen this in at least one other review), there is a serious problem with the hot water system. You need to leave the water running for a very long time (not good for preservation of resources) before it starts to warm up. And it never seems to get fully hot. Hoping the hotel takes these comments on board.
