Excellent séjour en famille à la villa Anemos. Maison fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre, dans un environnement calme. Très belle vue, piscine et extérieurs très agréables. La villa est idéalement située pour découvrir les environs. Katerina est à votre écoute et disponible pour tout renseignement et l’équipe qui s’occupe quotidiennement de la maison est souriante et sympathique. Très belle expérience.

Nous avions déjà passé une semaine dans la villa Anemos l’an dernier, et nous avons tellement aimé que nous y sommes retournés cette année. La vue y est extraordinaire et on ne s’en lasse jamais. La maison est belle, confortable et très bien entretenue. Elle est à quelques minutes à pied du centre du village et très bien placée pour visiter l’ouest et le centre de la Crête. Le service quotidien de ménage, inclus dans le prix, est un vrai plus. Un grand merci à Katerina qui est une hôte remarquable, très réactive, qui fait tout pour vous faciliter les vacances. Elle nous a recommandé plusieurs sites et restaurants magnifiques et a aussi réservé pour nous. Sans oublier sa délicieuse confiture ! Nous espérons revenir l’an prochain !

Fantastic villa location within 5 mins of Almyrida village. We were a family of 6 and stayed in villa Anemos and were very well looked after by Katerina with her recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa was spotless and was cleaned 5 times a week with some very friendly and helpful team members. Overall a great location to both relax and explore; we managed a day trip to Santorini from nearby Rethymno, walked the Imbross gorge , hired a rib for 1/2 day and spent an evening n Chania . Excellent villa and would return !

We’ve been back 5 times over 10 years from Australia so we must love it ! You won’t get a more relaxing spot . Have stayed with friends, with family and extended family . Amazing view, unbelievable service, daily housekeeping and an easy walk to town . Plus you are 30 minutes from beautiful city of Chania which has everything. Best kept secret !

The most wonderful trip! The pictures do not do the views justice at all. The location was perfect for us. Amazing views from the pool area, and then a short walk into Almyrida, with some lovely restaurants! We spent a day at the beach, the sea was calm and not too cold, even in May. We weren’t so lucky with the weather, but Katerina made up for this with all her kind help with our booking. It was lovely to meet her in person. We also booked the chef through her, and this experience was a highlight for us! Thank you Katerina, we can’t wait to return!

My family had an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa overlooking Souda Bay! The owner, Katerina, was very welcoming and met us on arrival to show us around and make sure we were happy with everything. She even left us with a bowl full of fresh fruits, fridge essentials and a salad bowl with all the ingredients we would need to make tasty Greek salads! The villa was wonderfully clean and very well appointed and spread over three floors with two bedrooms on the top floor and another on the lower ground floor. All three bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds. There is plenty of wardrobe storage as well. The massive sliding doors in the living area open into the very private rear garden, with stunning views of the bay and the village of Almyrida. We loved frequently dipping into the heated infinity pool and just hanging out in the garden. We stayed in Anemos, which is the last of the three villas that make up the property. Although they are within the same gated area, the landscaping and brilliant design offered total privacy for our holiday. Almyrida is just a 5-minute walk away along a very quiet road. All the conveniences you need like groceries, restaurants/bars and boat rentals are right on your doorstep. I look forward to planning our next visit!

We rarely return to the same place, but came back a 2nd time to SK Place as was such a great experience in 2022. We weren't disappointed and had an equally fantastic time this year. Katerina, Lily and the team were as attentive as ever with their usual attention to detail. A real 5* experience which we have already booked for 2024, doubly breaking our no return rule! This year enjoyed hiring a boat to go round the bay and took a remarkably stress-free day out to Chania by public bus from Almyrida.

I can't imagine a more idyllic setting or a more comfortable villa to stay in than SK Place in Almyrida! The views from the back are spectacular, the rooms are very comfortable, and the amenities are very modern. The seaport village is only a 5 minute walk away, with some very nice restaurants and cafes, but we spent a lot of time in the back by the pool just enjoying the peacefulness of the setting. And the owner is a delight to work with! Made everything so easy for us!

This is the second time we have stayed at SK (Almyra) and it was as fabulous as last year, so much so that we have already booked for next year. The villa was spotless and super comfy. Katerina is an absolute gem and organises everything that you could ever want, she is delightful. Mrs Lilly and her assistant do a fabulous job on housekeeping and the pool guys and gardeners are lovely too. We can’t recommend this place highly enough, it is wonderful.
