大急流城北舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Grand Rapids North)

The room was spacious and perfect for our little family get-away! Location is great! Staff were friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub needed better up-keep but we were able to use it. Our room was recently remodeled with new bathroom tub, counters, etc. There was a new heat/air unit that also had a “dry” setting that worked really well to keep the room comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean and soft. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice clean room, like the idea of the couch in the room to relax on instead of sitting the bed all evening.

We stayed to get the kids out of the house. The room was big and mostly clean. The not so traveled areas weren't cleaned but the bedding and bathroom were great. In room coffee maker was dirty so we didn't use it. The pool and hot tub were fine. Lots of chlorine as most hotels do and a little small but worked for us. Breakfast was great. Eggs/sausage/waffles. We will stay again

Comfort Suites was awesome the rooms were spacious clean and everything worked as it should. Our group was Large we used four room's two of the rooms were connected which is great when you have little ones with you The pool and hot tub were nice the kids had a ball The hotel was quite full the staff had a hard time keeping up with everything and everyone BUT they sure everything they could to make it a great stay for everyone

Staff was very friendly however hotel is very dated. Pull out mattress had so many stains we slept on the cushions. Bed comforters definitely washed but had stains. Bathroom had cracked tiles etc. I wouldn’t stay again unless you have very low expectations.

We happened upon this hotel for the convenience between my cousins house and mine to have fun with our kiddos and it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are always clean and the staff is beyond friendly! We have made this our "cousin hotel" Cant wait for our next stay.

Great value. Very comfy beds, large rooms. Window that opens a few inches. Full breakfast included. Competent staff. Easy parking and good rates.

Good value. Very comfortable beds, hot breakfast, large clean rooms, professional staff. Quiet and well priced. Not so good: Rooms could use an update, hallways sometimes malodorous, elevators slowest in the Western Hemisphere. I’d stay again.

Nice quiet neighborhood tucked away from the expressway, but not to far. Felt safe coming back to the property after dark. Friendly and helpful staff.
