阿爾塔蒙特斯普林斯套房酒店(Altamonte Springs Hotel and Suites)

Room was leaking water through the lamp, the surrounding outside the room very dirty, no towels, second room we were moved to due to the dangers of the water leak was in worse condition, main door jammed difficult to open, this was an emergency situation risk, bathroom very dirty, I wanted to asked for a refund wasn’t what I expected, loud music police was called, very poor housekeeping, definitely I don’t recommend this Hotel to friends or relatives, wish I could be refunded nothing I expected not condition to stayed there from a scale 1 through 10 I give them a 1.This hotel star rating Big 0.

Me hospedé el viernes 23 de diciembre, hasta el momento hoy 31 de Diciembre no me han realizado la devolución de los 200 Dólares que nos pidieron de depósito, un pago de 100 dólares lo hice con tarjeta a nombre mío y los otros 100 con la de mi Hijo

Buenas tardes al llegar nos tuvimos que ir. Habia una persona armada fumando en el piso #3. Las escaleras estaban en muy malas condiciones. El cuarto tenia cucarachas y las paredes rotas. En general el hotel no ofrece segurida de la mas minima. El servicio al cliente estuvo pesimo. Nuestra vida corrio peligro en ese lugar.

Son unos ladrones no se hospeden en este lugar aparte q son o responsables te dejan afuera de lo q se supone es un hotel esta en un lugar peligroso la policía entra a traer delincuentes y expiria no me respondió x el etablesimiento yo total mente inconforme con este lugar ladrones

El lugar está totalmente deteriorado, muchas cucarachas, las camas terribles, los olores desagradables, no tengo una palabra que describa mi experiencia que fue en extremo terrible, ese lugar lo deberían cerrar

No me gusto no había nadie en recepción tuve que esperar más de 30min la persona estaba fuera y por lo demás pésimo el servicio 😫😫

Our room was not cleanly. There were multiple holes in the walls, paint peeling on all of the walls, burn holes in the lamp shade and the bedding, no remote, broken light switches or hooks, no trash can. No where when booking did the policy indicate a deposit fee was going to be held or a fee for using the internet. Very disappointed with our stay.
