The property itself was clean and the room hygenically clean, the beds were super comfortable as was the linen.I must say that there was a funky smell in the passages and rooms. I am sensitive to smell, so maybe I'm being too sensitive but yes it really bothered me. It was under renovation which was fine, I did not hear noise. There is no breakfast

Das Zimmer bzw das Hotel hat die besten Jahre bereits hinter sich. Für den Preis allerdings vollkommen in Ordnung. Ist halt nicht direkt am Internariol drive. Parken ist dort ja eh kostenlos möglich. Gut ausgestattete Küche inkl Spülmaschine.

Hotel in middle of much needed reservations, but in the mean time, they are operating on a bare bones budget it appears. Our room really stunk of some powerful chemical smelling air freshner; almost like trying to mask smoke smell. Probably best to wait until renovations are complete before staying. Location is good and easy access to major roads. It's not terrible, and will probably be pretty nice in time, but for now, average at best.

Not sure how this place got 7 stars. The room was very musty. The sink and shelf In The bathroom were falling off the wall. I would expect this for 80-100 a night but we paid 150 plus for this room. It’s looks like it not just this hotel but most of them in there area are just poorly maintained. We got in late and we have gone somewhere else but everything around had a similar review.

The front door of the building was very dirty. Questionable people were hanging around the front desk. The first room they gave us smelled of smoke, so we changed rooms. The second one, which we stayed in, was located directly next to the expressway and was very loud. The room was small and in disrepair. The furniture was old and nicked, the fridge was dented and painted in spots. The shower head was loose and coming off the wall. We were told upon check-in that there would be breakfast, and there was a sign stating that breakfast was served from 6:00 to 9:00 am; however, when we got up and went to the eating area for breakfast, it was empty. We were instead given a “Grab and Go” breakfast at the front desk, which consisted of a granola bar, cup of fruit cocktail, and a dry packet of oatmeal. How many of us have boiling water in our cars to make hot oatmeal on the go? That was no breakfast. The pool was dingy and small. We had reservations for four nights but checked out after one night and found somewhere else to stay.

I stayed at this hotel a while back , a longtime before Covid hit, it was called Hawthorns Suites and it was very clean and pleasant, now it looks a lil run down, they just need a lil upgrading, however it is still a nice hotel and it’s in a great location.

Upon arriving the whole lobby was wet from a busted pipe. Towels everywhere. Man sitting on floor outside, elevator smelled, old carpet. Room was clean but bed was not very comfortable. If i could have cancelled I would have but it was unrefundable, stayed 1 night and wi never return

Hotel limpo e bem localizado, porém o serviço de limpeza ficou a desejar . Pontos negativos : uma limpeza a cada 7 dias é oferecida pelo hotel . Não havia café da manhã !

Found a used condom in my bed as well as dirty female underwear in the closet . I informed the front desk about it and I haven’t had a resolution as of yet.
