Dışardan geldik bı elimizi yüzümüzü yıkayalım dedik sabunluk yok. Gittim görevliye söyledim 5 dakka sonra karton bardakta bana sabun getirdi abi bu var olur mu diye. Gülerek onuda sorun etmedim. Yataklar eski en ufak harekette gıcır gıcır ötüyor o kadar ötüyor ki ufak kızım bu çıkan sesle uyanıyor. Amaçsız bir şekilde de mutfak var oda da ama bişey yapmanız için hiç birşey yok boş. Yemeğe geçtik pandemiden dolayı tabldot usulü alıyoruz karton tabak plastik kaşık çatal vs. Yemekler esnaf lokantasından hallice 3 gece 4 gün kaldık Kuru fasulye,içi kanlı tavuk butu , bol yağlı patlıcanlı kabaklı patatesli yemek yani anlicaginiz böyle yerlerde mangal , et , köfte tarzı şeyler çıkmasını beklerken standart ev yemekleri yedik ve yerken sinek , kedi çabası dediğim gibi tadı da tatil ortamına göre iyi değildi. Kahvaltı hep aynı bir günde poğaça simit veya değişik birşey çıkmadı. Çalışan gençlere bişey diyemiyorum günde 14 saat ayakta çalışıp patrondan azar işitip birde güler yüzlü davranmalarını beklemedim. En yakın denizi 400m uzaklıkta gittik deniz demeye bin şahit ister sırf kocaman kaya deniz gözlüğü ile dalış yaptım insanı sakatlar bu taşlar girmeden geri döndük. Sınırsız yerli içecek dediğine bakmayın kola,fanta,sprite var e hani ayran soda ice tea illa gazlı içecek mi içmek zorunda herkes kızım için ayran istedim ekstraya giriyor dediler iyice gerilmeye başladım zaten orda. Standart bi havuzu var kirli değil başkada yapacağınız birşey yok zaten deli gibi her gün havuzda bı sağa yüz bi sola yüz başka da seçenek yok. Su olayı bardağı taşıran son damlaydı su paralı evet yanlış duymadınız su paralı almak istiyorsanız girişte barın orda sebil var ha öyle büyük şişeye doldurmayın kızıyorlar bir bardak için odaya su götürmek yasak. Yan odalarda tatile gelen ama benim gibi sorun yaşayan çok insan öldü karı koca çocuğu ile gelen kişilerin yüzündeki pişmanlıgi görmeniz lazımdı. Otelin içinde 2 salıncak bir kaydırak var park gibi kızımızı sallamak için temizletemedik bile. Çarşaf doğal olarak ıslandı kirlendi 2. Günde öğlen yemeğinde söyledim değiştirmek istedim akşam 10 oldu gelen yok gittim görevliye söyledim geç oldu neden gündüz söylemesinin diyor verin dedim ben takarım temiz olsun yeterli. Çok uzatmiycam son gün çıkarken maskem olmadığı için girişteki bayana maske var mı sordum yanında kutu maske duruyor maalesef bizde de kalmadı diyor karşında çocuk yok senin bu kadar kaypak çalışan bakımsız yer daha görmedim. Gitmek isteyenler iyice düşünsün değerlendirsin 500tl den kacicam diye senenizin en güzel günlerini mahfetmeyin. İĞRENÇ BİR İŞLETME.

This hotel is advertise as a four star. This is misleading: - There is free WiFi but only by the swimming pool and lobby area which has no air condition. Internet is very unstable. You are not able to use WiFi in your rooms. If you require to contact anyone with ease you would have to pay for WiFi using your network provider or purchase a Turkish SIM card for £35. Rooms: - Garden view is very misleading (please see picture for what they class as a garden view) - The beds are two single beds put together (please see picture for visual) with stain sheets - Cleaning - does not include fresh sheet nor clean towels! Towels are given which are stained and not clean (see pictures for visual) Accessibility: - There is only one lift which is small and, you have to use flight of stairs to access the lift. So this is not pram nor wheel chair freely. Health & safety: - The room does not have smoke alarms that work. I’ve recorded the smoke alarms no visible lights flashing. This was the same as all present smoke alarms on floors. - Smoking is permitted everywhere - lobby, by pool, including rooms. There are no restrictions on smoking. You are given ash trays to smoke even in your room. However no visible working smoke alarms. - On arrival fire alarm switch in hall way on the fourth floor outside 419 is hanging off the wall exposing wires therefore indicates it is both faulty and a hazard. Although it was put back onto wall. - Toilets stop working during our stay twice. In both room the toilets stop flushing. (A group of us staying). - A pool without lifeguard. During our stay my nephew almost drown due to getting his leg caught in float. - Advertised entertainment but, there was no table tennis nor garden. Hygiene: - The food quality is appalling and does not reflect what you pay for. The storing and heating of the food does not reflect hygiene standards of a four star hotel. Firstly the variety is terrible and secondly the food is on rotation (Suggests reheated daily). For example - The chips are hard and stale. Nothing is fresh. - The food is not covered appropriately therefore you get the flies in, on and around the food. (I have pictures of this). - There isn’t anything sensible to eat so getting inclusive is really pointless. - The drinks that are included in their “inclusive” offer is not sensible. The sprite is sparkling water with added lemon. Cola - this is not nice. Huge langage barrier. Despite being a tourist location staff don’t really understand you so this creates difficulties. You need google translator. Cleanliness - you may as well bring your own mop, broom as so forth. Please bring your own plug adaptor. Save yourself disappoint do not book this hotel! I promise you - you will be disappointed for the amount you spend to what you get. Loveholidays should remove this from their site especially after researching other reviews! A fantastic holiday location especially but not only for families . The location is stunning with sea and mountain views from three sides of the hotel due to location on peninsula in a bay. This is particularly when lunching or dinning at any of the four coast side restaurants. The food was excellent even at the buffet which isn’t always the case in my experience . A water park, fun fair, games room and selection of pools keeps children very well catered for. There is also a lovely adults only pool, bar and restaurant for those seeking a peaceful break. The evening entertainment was generally excellent , obviously this can be subject to individual taste but plenty of happy faces and dancing is a positive vote. All of the staff were ultra helpful and attentive making ordering food or drink a pleasure rather than a chore. As with all resorts there have to be a few negatives, for me these were, only one choice of red, white or rose wine included in package, man made beach was not very attractive as sand was colour of dirt, no sailing dingy,hobo, paddle board or kayak . That’s about it for negatives none of which would stop me returning or recommending , it a cracking resort.
