Had a great experience at travelodge in Four Marks. Spend one night for business purposes. The customer service was really good and everyone was very helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend it.

Peaceful, clean, very comfortable - and with excellent reception staff who went out of their way to help.

My disabled Niece stayed on Christmas Eve and the staff were really lovely with her, helping her open her breakfast box and making her a cup of coffee in the morning. She was also escorted to reception with her case to meet her lift. Really kind and above and beyond. Lovely people.

Hotel in a very good location and easy to find. Nice a quiet set back from the A31 road. Plenty of parking with a petrol station and shops a short drive along the raod towards Alton.

First impression on arrival was the genuine greeting we received from Lindsey….fabulous receptionist who provided us with a local recommendation for dinner, sorted out a WiFi problem and was engaging with us. 5 stars to Lindsey. Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet, despite being close to the road. Will definitely return to this hotel. Our only criticism which we did raise at the time, was the lack of lighting in the carpark….but this was due to a recent electrical issue. All very good and can recommend this hotel.

The manager Bhim was a great. He halped me to book a room. I travelled all the way from Scotland and he was really welcoming, and the hotel is convenient for my stay.
