設有健身室的奧爾頓酒店

I visited a friend at this hotel and used the bathrooms near the elevators. While I was waiting for my friend in the lobby, I decided to use the only bathrooms I could see near the guest elevators. As I started using the bathroom two hotel staff members kept knocking and knocking repeatedly on the bathroom door. Once I finished using the bathroom (uncomfortably), the hotel staff made themselves known and asked ”why I used this bathroom which was not for guests?” I clearly told them ”the door to this bathroom was open, there were no signs saying employees only or do not enter.” Intelligence for this hospitality employees is to be desired. I am very disappointed how far down this hotel has come I used to recommend this place and eat at their hotel. Sadly, I've read other reviews and the owners of this chain hotel need to do do some serious changes to the management and appearance to the interior of this hotel.

Our stay at Hampton Inn in Alton was great. Location was convenient and close to shopping. Hotel was clean and nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was surprisingly really good. Pool was clean and nice also.
