得梅因速8酒店(Super 8 by Wyndham des Moines)

Service was crappy took hours to check in they wouldn’t conference today when our room was nasty and dirty and it took till 1 AM to check in and they charged us $20 for a late check out. I would not recommend this motel at all but if you have to stay somewhere, there are worse things to do, then go to the super eight on Northeast 14th I would recommend going in to any other hotel. You can afford rather than the super eight on Northeast 14th.

In thrbmiddle of nowhere really but clean! Good people. I'd Def do it again

Nuestra reservación no fue validada por el hotel , tuvimos que buscar otro hotel, tuvimos que viajar 20 minutos para encontrar otro hotel y además tuvimos que pagar más de lo que yo había pagado con ustedes, espero que la cantidad que pague por un hotel que no estuve me sea reembolsada lo más pronto posible, gracias

No towels in room I was given 2 bath towels. The TV screen had a permanent ad on the left side. I ask an employee to fix the issue, he tried and did not know how to. So I ask him to find someone who could. He agreed and no one came back. The shower n drain worked very well. The ice machine was not working so when I looked for help no one was around

I was greeted at the desk by a note that said to check in nextdoor at another motel. The room was clean but definitely in need of repair. The bed was comfortable. There were no working ice machines in either hotel. Breakfast was also served in the other hotel. I wont be returning

I could hear the tv in the room next to me all night and then a car putside my room had the alarm go off several times thru the night. If u needed anything i had to go to a different hotel. I will not stay at this property again

It's the worst place that i have ever stayed, no room service, no staff, and breakfast wasn't available at the hotel.

Old. Dirty. Took three rooms to find one with working heat. No staff. Have to check in next door. Barking dogs upstairs all night. Meth smoke smell.
