Отель для тихого семейного отдыха, персонал внимательный , отзывчивый - стараются во всём помочь. Русский язык не понимают вообще, с английским тоже не просто. Завтраки - действительно отличные на берегу реки Бентота, ужины тоже. В номере нет телевизора. Океан в 15 -20 минут ходьбы. До цента города 5-10 минут.

Comme toujours accueil chaleureux et personnel souriant. Un séjour très agréable dans un joli cadre ! La nourriture y est succulente notamment les rices and curry végétariens variés. Une formule demi pension est parfaite. le jardin est agréable et bien entretenu! on s'y sent bien!

Тихий гостевой дом с отличным хозяином и приятным персоналом. Пляж в 5 мин ходьбы , на берегу реки Вокруг много местного общепита , рынки , алко магазины Номерной фонд не свеж , но вполне себе прилично. Отдохнули отлично , завтраки хорошие. Поужинать тоже можно , цена выше среднего

hôtel familial très confortable. Accueil chaleureux et nourriture excellente. Calme et bien être. J'y retourne en janvier avec plaisir. En famille ou en solo vous serez plus qu'un client: On ne manquera pas de vous donner des conseils et on vous fera des repas à votre convenance. A ne pas manquer

Отдыхали 2 недели. Обещали бесплатную доставку до пляжа. никакой бесплатной доставки нет. Не надо обманывать. Стоимость лодки до пляжа 500 руппий. До пляжа 15 минут пешком, но половина пути вдоль оживленной трассы. Завтраки ну очень однообразны. ничего кроме яиц не предлагают .Дают рис если просишь ланкийский завтрак. Правда свежие соки и фрукты ежедневно и вкусно. В номерах нет ни чайника, ни телевизора.. Ресторан очень дорогой. Убирают нормально притензий нет. Территория приятная чистая. Останавливаться дольше чем на 3 дня не имеет смысла .В целом расположение удобное не далеко до пляжа и магазинов.

Нам все очень понравилось, были 10 дней с сыном 6 лет, хозяин угощал десертами сына на завтрак иногда, небольшой ремонт не помешал бы, пирс тоже укрепить маленько.. но отсутствие людей, тишина, персонал- Все на высоте!! Ужины нам в целом понравились. Приходил один раз варан утром огромный, сын в восторге! Спасибо огромное! С удовольствием бы вернулись.

Though unassuming at first, Hotel Hemadan has proven to be an exemplary stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and it truly feels like you have been welcomed into someone's home. The establishment is close to multiple water sports centers (I'd recommend De Silva's), and the town is just a short walk away. Breakfast is served daily, and no request is too much for the kindly chef. The food is excellent, particularly the local fare (be sure to ask for some dhal and string hoppers!). The best part by far however, is the view. Sitting on the banks of the Bentota River, this hotel provides endless scenes to gaze at. From wild birds flying back and forth to catch their breakfasts to water monitors sunbathing right next to the hotel pier, it is a true tapestry of nature. We cannot wait to come stay again.

We stayed at this lovely, relaxing and unassuming hotel for 3 days and could not fault the exceptional service provided by all the staff, especially the main host Hemasiri who always presented with a smile, was honest, super friendly, warm and helpful. No request went unheeded and the rooms are well sized, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Although a few general updates wouldn’t go astray, the hotel grounds with the river front felt like a tropical oasis away from the hustle and bustle of life. The lunch and breakfast portions were huge and delicious. Hotel Hemadan is outstanding value for money and a hidden gem. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

A lovely quiet family run hotel with very helpful staff. It's an older rustic building with a clean room comfortable bed with a mosquito net. Nice garden a large water monitor came for a visit whilst I was having my breakfast the food both dinner and breakfast was good. Great value for money.

I was leaving here 2 months with big pleasure. It's a family cosy hotel and Beer garden restaurant. It's conveniently located in quiet place on first line of Bentota river and in 10 min. by walk to Bentota beach, in 5 min by walk to the center of the town with markets, shops, bus/railway station ect. I enjoyed everything Hotel Hemadan has to offer: big clear room, good service, strong security, delicious European fresh food, convenient location, magnificent river view from the well-kept garden with flowers, palms, soft grass and sunbeds on it, free boat 3min. transfer to the ocean beach directly from the hotel's small pier. You can see wonderful sunsets, moon walks on the river's surface during having a meal from restaurant's garden. Also I've liked to watch the big gold carps in the pond there. And the main reason of highly recommendation to visit this place is extremely helpfulness and hospitality of friendly owners. I felt like ''one of the family'' from the early beginning. They went out of their way to look after me. I very much appreciate! I would definitely like to return!

It was our first hotel on our trip to Sri Lanka. We felt really welcomed here. The owner and stuff did everything to make our stay nice and relaxing! They also offered really delicious vegan options for breakfast and dinner!! The room was nice and offered enough space for two people! Thanks again for the nice experience!
