Excellent location, hotel and very good behavior of all staff members. Had a great time at Sterling Sariska Resort

Property is pretty old and maintenance issues are there. They charge about 3%on credit card transaction if done at the property. This concept not understood. Food average, nothing Wow. They allow outside group to have a party inside the resort. Negative point loud music. These , my personal view should not be allowed due to proximity to the wild animals.

I have been there a number of times and find it very convenient. Its located very close to the Sariska Tiger Reserve, so you would definitely wish to book this resort and undoubtedly its better than a lot of hotel/resort in Sariska. The resort is huge and provides with ample space to walk, enjoy bonfire, lush green gardens etc. You may wish to book a room or a tent, as per your choice. The rooms' layout is quite old, but tents were nice. They really need to work on their food, as the taste is just average, I would not rate it bad, but they should improve it. If you are sure to have meals at resort they make sure you book full board / half board, because their ala carte menu is quite expensive, in comparison to taste. There is no baggage scanner or vallet parking available. They provide tiger safari if you need, else you can go to Tiger Reserve which is 5kms away only.

It was not maintained property, lots of lizards was inside the room and bathroom, even swimming pool was not clean many flies and ladybird was inside, garden was not maintained, limited variety for dinner and breakfast, mineral water was not sealed.

Amazing experience, great food with great view, pool side view and nearby location was awesome, we explored jungle near the resort and it was awesome

It was terrible experience and the hotel charged me for the wear & tear of wooden table and i was charged more than actual room rent

Beautiful property. Courteous staff. Food was good too. Rooms were nice and big. Late night sky was also great.

We had a peaceful stay here for 2 days. The mornings were the best with a variety of birds chirping away. The food was good too. The only reason I marked it good and not excellent is due to lack of activities for kids. I expected a play area for kids there. Rest everything else including the location, resort staff, service and amenities were great!

This is our 13th visit in tiger heaven resort during last 8 year. This time ownership changed and managed by owner himself. Pros(1)repair of rooms interiors done which was long due(2)cleaning and hygiene maintained same(3)bf was maintained almost same (4)we visited on the day of holi. Owner arranged refreshment like sweet/pokoda/tea as complementary though we have not tried anything but this is remarkable. Cons- (1) poll water was terrible & not maintained clean. Probably they are not using the cleaning pump and filter. So we have not used swimming pool. We thought we will swim next day before check out but in surprise next day morning they dried pool completely with pump and cleaning persons cleaning pool with hand pocha like etc. If pump and filter works continuously then cleaning of pool like this is not required. During last 8 year with sterling we have not faced this single time. (2)many big trees were cut down in pool side which was earlier provided shade near by pool side which was pleasant and also give feeling of jungle. Also many big trees are cleaned in this big resort which was not nice in my eyes as this was earlier give feeling of jungle resort. (3) very important-food prices are increased almost double. We have ordered tandoori chicken full which costs us 935- earlier it was 550- for last 8 years. They have introduced service charge which was not there earlier. We were shocked with this. Also chicken was not fresh and old and hard. We showed it to restaurant boy also. (4) resort is now operational with 30-40% staff if compare with earlier sterling. (5) ac was not working initially. It was very old. Connection rectified once complained. Suggestion- food prices and food quality need to be corrected. Swimming pool need to be maintained clean 24/7.

The place is more beautiful than i expected. The pictures were wonderful, and that's why i booked the property to visit with my family. From the warm welcome to the serene lush green area, from the swim-my pool to the various booking options, from hospitality to yummy food, this place is highly recommended. We stayed in the luxury cottage, and there were about 8-10 peacocks visible from my balcony, which stole my heart.

My recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am compelled to seek redress for the unacceptable conditions I endured.Upon arrival at Hotel Tiger Heaven, I was shocked and dismayed to discover that the swimming pool was filled with garbage, rendering it utterly unusable and posing serious health hazards to guests. This gross negligence in maintaining basic hygiene standards is completely unacceptable.Furthermore, the room service at the hotel was woefully inadequate. Despite multiple requests, essential amenities such as water were delivered after an agonizingly long wait of over an hour. This level of incompetence and disregard for guest comfort is utterly deplorable.To exacerbate matters, the following morning, there was no water supply in the bathroom, depriving me of the ability to carry out basic hygiene routines. This inconvenience disrupted my plans and caused undue stress during my stay.As a result of the hotel's abysmal service, my companions and I were delayed in our checkout process, causing further inconvenience and potentially impacting our subsequent travel plans. This unacceptable delay was directly attributable to the hotel's failure to provide adequate services.

Excellent property and nice ambiance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lacking cleanliness was noticed especially clearing food plates during night time.

Old rooms, food was not that great and their room service was very bad. Went wrong items thrice. While staff looked confused

Hotel stay is not really pleasant. The reception people are trust me don’t have any exp they are just look for your booking and then forget about the problem u will face. First of all bed, furniture is 3rd class, tv it didn’t working in my room, bathroom very basic one, carry your own stuff, big issue is ac, all room have window ac and they are too noisy, they are charge for kid above 6ys, so be clear with that otherwise they start asking for even 7 yrs kid booking as extra person. It is 2 star property and have very very basic facility, not worth.
