Perfect room , perfect service , perfect environment. All around great

Everything was great! The evening food was great. Breakfast with real eggs was great! My wife was grateful for the oat milk for breakfast. The room was very comfortable…no noise from adjoining rooms. The sizable refrigerator was very nice. The staff was great. We’ll certainly stay there the next time we are in Amarillo.

Beautiful room, enjoyed the kitchenette, very happy this location was pet friendly, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, easy in/easy out parking, glad there was an indoor pool, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try it out. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay again.

We booked the room through a 3rd party and was charged for the room at the time of booking. The hotel placed an additional temporary hold on my account for the room eventhough we already paid. They also placed a hold for an incedental fee which I was not made aware of at check in. They did say the holds were placed by accident and the funds were released but that we wouldnt get them back for 3-5 days. My account was over drawn and we no longer had the money we needed for gas to get home. This is completely unacceptable. It isn't our fault that the hotel staff made a mistake and now we have to suffer because of their mistake. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom wasn't. The walls and floors were dirty and the toiletries were used.

It’s a clean place, especially considering we didn’t know they allow pets. Front staff very friendly. Pool was not that great. Lots of options for breakfast and kept it full til the time they say it’s over. We appreciate the board games that you can borrow.

Beds were comfortable, rooms immaculate. Easy checkin. Would definitely stay here when I pass through. Only thing to change would be covered are and more signs to know where the front door is. Best hotel with mini kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. You can’t go wrong for the price.

Perhaps not about the property but about the front desk woman who was near the end of her shift when I arrived. I presented my driver's license and she informed me that in my haste before leaving my home in south Texas, I had indeed booked a room BUT it was for the following weekend. She located another room for me for that night. Luckily I had paid for the reservation using my debit card and she informed me that that made it a lot easier. I was lucky. Lucky I'd paid for the room with mt debit card and luckier because of her understanding and helpfulness. She represents you well. I'll be staying at a Marriott property again when I travel.

This place was so clean to the point that it was sparkling. The cleaning staff doesnt mess around. The check in was smooth and friendly. You can tell they *actually* clean because it smells CLEAN. Highly recommend for families!
