琳達勒賓館(Lyndale Guest House)

Just back from a 2 night stay as a family of 3 (2 adults and a 10 year old). We cannot praise this guest house enough! Rooms were beautiful, breakfast was delicious with a great choice and the guest house itself was immaculately clean and perfectly located. On arrival we were greeted by Alison who was both friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area. We were given a free parking permit for a carpark literally a couple of minutes away. We also received a 10% discount for some of the local eateries which we tried and enjoyed. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Ambleside.

Excellent location, clean rooms , great breakfast , lovely host Alison who was very helpful and informative about all things local and further afield , free parking permit for car park 200 yards away which also entitled free parking at other locations, Ambleside had lots of cafes ,pubs and restaurants . Also 2 mins from Fantastic bus service

Alison our host was wonderful. Friendly and helpful and interested in what we were doing during our stay. Had a choice of breakfasts. It was wonderful. We were 20 mins from the centre of Ambleside. Accommodation was perfect. Really comfortable and quiet. Could not have hoped for better. Will definitely be returning soon

A return visit and as before greeted with a smile by a wonderful host, check in was quick and easy the room clean tidy and well appointed with free wi-fi. Parking is included with a pass that covers several car parks in the area and across several other car parks in the south lakes which is a bonus. Breakfast was fantastic and sets you up for the day walking exploring or just chilling. Lyndale guest house is perfectly situated 10 mins walk either to the jetty at Waterhead or Ambleside town centre. I can highly recommend a stay at the Lyndale guest house

Lovely location in the middle of the lakes, nice and clean and a short walk away from plenty of bars and restaurants.great value for money

Just had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous guest house with our 2 dogs, fantastic location, lovely spacious contemporary room, fantastic bathroom. We were provided with a parking permit for a nearby car park. A wonderful host providing a delicious breakfast and daily room clean, we simply couldn't ask for more! We have stayed in many places throughout the lakes and this is definitely up there with the best. We were blessed with a week of fantastic weather for September! We will definitely be back and can't wait to return!

We have stayed at lyndale several times and it is first class. Alison is a brilliant host. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ambleside. The bedroom was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. We have already booked for next April.

A very warm welcome from Alison at the lovely Lyndale guest house.Its a well appointed guest house ideally located between the lake and town with free parking. The room was smashing very clean and comfortable. the breakfast was one of the best i have had in numerous places in the lakes. I have already booked again and highly recommend a visit
