This hotel has very good value for the price and an interesting, modern concept. Rooms are not too big, but they offer what one needs, staff is friendly and ready to help if there is a need, the place is clean, breakfast buffet offers a nice choice and also during the day there is good choice of snacks or even a meal. WIFI was reliable and there is sufficient opportunity for on to recharge all electronic devices. Location is good to reach downtown in a short bus ride or a not too long walk. Recommend this place.

Great wall artwork and interior design at the lobby and hallway. Small room yet overall good place to stay. Also delicious complimentary breakfast and even the meal options for lunch or dinner at the cafe. The staff are also super friendly.

First trip to ambon for business, and looking for the hotel based on traveller review, and finally we choose rumaruma, besides value for money, also got 9,3 score at traveloka... and yaaaaaa absolutely little gem, new hotel with service excellent...all the staff seems like well trained and its works, i feel like at home Keep it up rumaruma, i'll be back soonest 🥰

really like this place, for those who are first time staying at Ruma Ruma they give good reasons to go back there and stay, good atmosphere, and good services. Thank you to all Staff for providing the best services.

This is a comfortable and very well organised place, I stayed twice for 10 days in total, and never had the slightest cause for complaint. The staff are the what really makes it great- all really nice people, super helpful and professional, and many speaking good English, which was brilliant for me.
