My partner and I stayed here for about 6 days. We both loved our stay here. We chose a hotel a bit away from Jaipur in case we wanted to have a relaxing day in between traveling around for sightseeing. I highly commend the service of the staff: -Vijay was our driver for airport transfers and a shopping excursion in the city. He was a safe and knowledgeable driver who even helped us plan an impromptu elephant sanctuary visit -Ajitesh greeted us every morning for breakfast. He always knew my order before I did and always kept an eye on us to make sure we had everything we needed every breakfast -Suraj and Suresh were tasked with housekeeping for us. Very friendly and always asked if there was anything they could get us to make our stay better. They also did an amazing job taking care of our room. -Syatma (I may have spelled his name wrong) he was our bartender at Mayur. Always kept our glasses full and even created a cocktail for me on the spot that was not on the menu -Sahil took care of us when we spent a day at the pool. Making sure we were stocked with beverages while ensuring we had a good time -Abihav (apology if I also get his name wrong) he was at the front desk during night hours. Also very professional and friendly. I lost my key card and he was kind enough to make sure we had a ride back to our room Overall we would stay here again. It may have been the off season but nothing was off about our stay. The property is beautiful and we had a lot of fun!

Brand new plush hotel with all amenities in room. Staff seems quite lethargic and take things quite lightly with little sense of responsibility. They need to be monitored and trained properly

Ajitesh, Hitesh, Tankha were excellent during our stay and really helped us with our food. They suggested some really good food. Dakshita helped us with some local sight seeing suggestions as well. The team was very kind. Much appreciated!

This hotel is one of the best properties in Jaipur, I have been to Leela and Taj as well but this is a small hotel with all the luxury amenities and surroundings. Would love to come again with family

Third rate and third class …. As the regular traveler we had stayed many hotels .. buri aj Arab in dubai and address hotel in dubai .. five palm jumreah, there are many . Taj Ramabgh , lake palace . I was the first guest in raffles jaipur … raffles Udaipur but this time I really first itc property I faced the issue . There is no cleanness in the room . Ciggrate buts were there in side of bathroom lobby … service was very poor … I asked the gm name some mr Choudhry. Pls who so ever itc is one of good brand in India pls maintain the decorum of the brand … very poor service … I am my self a Hotilier adm sharing the pics with you
