Coffee was horrible at breakfast. Rest of breakfast (waffles, bagels, cereal) ok. Signs said housekeeping would refresh every three days Im ok with that, but i expected them to refill in room coffee supplies especially cups. Exit by our room was accessible from the outside with our room key, but the relesse latch to go outside was broken and you couldnt open the door- which felt like a fire safety concern. Pool was very small, ok for young kids, not really for teens or adults. Overall decent value for price

The pros: clean! The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! I slept great, and I rarely do on a good night at home. Breakfast looked good, but only had OJ and coffee. Coffee is the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had! I would stay again for those reasons. The cons: in desperate need of updates. Cracked floor off elevator, bubbled walls, paint on fixtures in room. Outlets didn’t all work, and those that did, plug would fall out. Horrible extremely loud light/fan in bathroom.

I honestly liked the place! Breakfast was good had lots of options and they cleaned my room when I asked and were super nice any time I had any questions. Not sure why the rating was so low I would definitely stay there again.

My mom and I had stayed here before and had a good experience so we decided to stay again. Unfortunately this experience wasn’t as nice. A lot of construction going on, on the property grounds. The staff other than one person wasn’t friendly at all, very disappointing. Check in wasn’t fantastic wasnt told about breakfast or anything. The pillows are awful 4 mini ones. At checkout… not friendly either. I realized I had left my water bottle in room after check out, the lady at desk stayed on the phone and didn’t even make an attempt to say one sec to me or not can acknowledge me. I just needed to go to room and pick up… after a while she finally hung up and spoke to me. Not so sure I’d stay there again. Disappointed

quiet area, comfortable room/bed, has cable/good channels included. has a microwave and fridge to store and heat up foods, love the room service option and free breakfast. great perks for a good price.

Stay was ok. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, but rooms are small and bathroom vanity space non-existent for laying out your supplies especially if traveling with family.
