波爾特伍德旅館(Inn on Boltwood)

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Boltwood. My son attends Amherst College, and it is so convenient to the school and town. Great restaurant and bar too. Nicole went above and beyond when I had to make a last-minute change to my room type, not only finding the new room type but also moving my things to the new room. Amazing service and a fabulous stay!

I really enjoyed staying at the inn. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! I loved the way the inn was decorated and really enjoyed looking around the property. The only thing I did not enjoy was the wait time at the 30 boltwood which is the hotel’s restaurant. I had made reservations for me and my fiancé for dinner and brunch and it still took forever for someone to wait on us and took about an hour to receive our food. The food was delicious but certainly not worth the wait. I most definitely will be staying at the inn again but will not be going to the restaurant.

The Inn at Boltwood is fabulous. I love the restaurant with the leather banquets and perfect lighting, terrific menu offering and delicious food. Our room is lux and dreamy! We will definitely be staying here while visiting Amherst over the next 4 years!

We actually did get our VIP bonus which we used this morning for breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It was lovely.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The ambiance, how clean it is, cozy, great customer service, excellent food - all around perfect!

It is a historic, cozy, essence of hospitality also well located to a visitor which would like to either hike, walk, or tour to the multiple natural and intellectual attractions.
