I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Almond Hotel and Apartments in Amman, Jordan, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and modernity. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the room was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a convenient stay. One of the highlights was the hotel's serene ambiance. Despite being centrally located, it offered a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The on-site facilities, including the pool and garden area, were well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Amman's major attractions and dining options. The staff was always ready with excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. In summary, the Almond Hotel and Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amman.

Good services and great location

Very good

I visited this place a few years ago and had a great experience, but this time was a shock. The hotel feels outdated and in serious need of renovation. While the staff are friendly and tried to be helpful, the facilities just aren’t up to standard anymore. We arrived at night to find that our reserved room wasn’t available. Shockingly, they offered us a room that was undergoing maintenance, smell of paint, and water leaking on the floor. They showed us other rooms. Most were the same conditions. And the furniture was stained, and the walls had visible mold. We Changed several rooms until we took one that was Okay. It was 1 am and with children we couldn’t search for a new hotel. It was incredibly disappointing. Breakfast was very basic. The only positive is the location. When we asked for towels, we were told there was only one available. And if the children wanted extra cornflakes - they wouldn’t have any left. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

In Amman for a week of meetings and business, my colleague chose this for reasons of cost and efficiency as we would have space to work together. It started to go wrong when the taxi driver could not locate the premises. It is wrongly positioned on Google maps and took a long time to locate. Reception was basic and the slow elevator conveyed us to our apartment. It was basic and poorly equipped with old or broken equipment. Standards of hygiene were basic. Drawers, doors, equipment, fridge were poorly maintained. The bathroom was rudimentary and water temperature impossible to control. The fitness room was rudimentary and unattractive. The breakfast room was depressing with a poor selection that tasted as bad as it looked. The swimming pool was filthy and unusable. The entire facility was sub-standard and we simply checked out after one night and went elsewhere. Not recommended.

The property is very nice, clean, the staffs are very friendly, nice & and helpful. They also have a tour guide who is very trustworthy, friendly, good person, and very kind his nama is Abdullah Al Zoubi he was our tour guide to Petra, Wadi Rum, Bethany, Jarash & Roman Theater. He also pi ked us up from the airport and dopped us off to the airport. The people we met at this Hotel are very friendly, nice, warm & kind.. i recommend this place
