First and foremost it is away from Golden temple, so transportation charges every time you go to temple and other tourist places, wifi router is in repair not working, charged 700 extra for a day other than room charge to accommodate third person who is our own daughter along with us, we both families paid 4200 extra other than room charges of 11k and same standard of hotel you will get easily 1000 per day very near by to golden temple so staying here is complete waste of money, time also for any tourist who come to visit temple mainly.

Location of the hotel is very good . 2. Property is new so condition of room is good. Now the negetive things about the hotel are, 1. Washroom the so small that your body will hit the wall during bath. 2. Glass door for wash area is covers only half way , so your room toilet will be filled with water at all the time and it will flow in your room also . 3. AC control can't be done from room, for switching on the AC and also to control the AC temperature you have to call the reception every time. 4. You will not get any support for cab or taxi service for local sight seeing. 5. Food is very costly, only veg option is available.

It was nice stay. Front office staff was good and well mannered and great in hospitality. It was pleasure to stay here. Staff behaviour was good and rooms were clean and service is also good. I loved stay.
