Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road. The hotel is brand-new, contemporary, and exquisitely built, with chic décor and a cozy ambiance. With all the newest conveniences, the rooms were roomy, immaculate, and incredibly comfy. The breakfast spread, which had many delectable selections, was particularly good. The Golden Temple and other sights are easily accessible from its prime location on Mall Road. All in all, the ideal blend of elegance, comfort, and true hospitality. Strongly advised for anyone traveling to Amritsar!

The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, which honestly makes such a difference. Now let’s talk about the food… absolutely phenomenal. Brilliant hotel. Especially security staff karamdeep kaur was extremely helpful and sweet during my very long stay at the hotel. Komal at the reception is also a delight.
