Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Really close to GOLDEN TEMPLE .

The photos are fake, there is no golden temple view from the windows, the stay also was horrible, the rooms have very bad smell, they don't provide any toiletries, all in all the stay was pathetic think before you book this property

The best hotel in Amritsar the staff was so humble,the food was so good,the room was so luxurious just loved the ambiance of the hotel🫶🏻

This review is a little biased as we are now running the hotel as of 1st July 2025. Our stay for a week was interesting however we are changing the bedsheets, towels, duvets and so much more. Our point of differnece will be that we are clean and will make it a home a way from home. Come over and enjoy the difference!

Extremely nearby to golden temple but difficult to get cabs and autos to the location. Only e rickshaws available with ease

house keeping was not upto the mark. bathroom handle was broken up. nobody attended the complaint. tv was not working. didn't get the phone charged due to loose connections. didn't get the complimentary drinks as committed in advance. my colleague was very upset. breakfast was outstanding. location was great because it was close to golden temple. nobody was worried about the complaint

I selected this hotel as it was rated 4 star, but just turned out to be about 3 star. The rooms are small but location for visiting Golden temple is good

the location of this hotel is best and you can bare foot from this hotel to Golden Temple. the view from it's terrace is amazing in both morning and night

"Terrible Experience – Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained" STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL AT ANY COST..DO VISIT OTHER PROPERTIES NESR GOLDEN TEMPLE TO AVOID SPOILING YOUR TRIP Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room and bathroom were unhygienic despite repeatedly asking the staff to clean. Bathrooms: Black mold in corners. Unclean toilets with gross yellow stains. No cleaning for 3 days. No hot water available. Rooms: The carpet was filthy with debris all over it. We had to ask for its removal. Windows were dirty, no dusting done, and the bedding was subpar. While the location is convenient, especially being close to the Golden Temple, the hygiene standards here are appalling. The place is moldy and dirty, and the staff seem clueless about basic housekeeping or maintenance. Staying here might put your health at risk. Avoid this place at all costs! And the owner is extremely rude and money minded. He will charge unnecessary with unreasonable costs..HE WILL TAKE ADVANCE AND IN CASE YOUR PLAN CHANGES EVEN IN EMERGENCY HE WON'T REFUND A SINGLE PENNY DON'T BOOK THE HOTEL AT ANY COSTS. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF HOTEL NEARBY GOLDEN TEMPLE, AVOID CSJS AND INDUS HOTEL BOTH ARE OF SAME OWNER SPECIFICALLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

We had great experience of stay there. Golden temple is visible from our room on third floor directly. Full view of golden temple from terrace. Rooms neat and clean. Gate entry to golden temple is hardly 100 meter from temple. Hotel situation is main market. Must stay place when you visit golden temple.
