They don’t clean room and refill the soap. Have to keep asking. Room was noisy and seems to keep having power trips. Have to keep asking for towels etc. Location wise fantastic walking distance to everywhere.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel attentif et attentionné. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres. Le restaurant est également excellent et les serveurs très gentils. Le seul bémol : la connexion WIFI ne fonctionne pas vraiment. 😍

Location is OK as near Golden Temple. Rooms are bathrooms are so congested that if you are heavy weight just around 100 Kg. can not enter in Bathroom and even room is so small for you. There is no facilities in Bathroom regarding shampoo and shop all are mixed up. No proper staff for house keeping. Food is ok but there is no buffet in break fast but you have tom order and that takes too long time. They are mentioning but no welcome drink. staff at reception has no proper knowledge. no parking facility. Rooms are lousy and congested. Recommended not to stay in this Hotel.

My room was as requested with a view of Jallianwala Bagh. Á very comfortable bed and tea, coffee, kettle and mini bar was provided. I had to ask for a hair dryer but it came promptly. Unfortunately the bathroom was not up to standard. On arrival I had to ask for the bath at to be changed as it was filthy. Inside the shower was a wooden window frame and the wood was rotting and flakes fell in the shower. The water temperature was difficult to regulate, going from boiling hot to very cold in seconds. At 2130 on the second there was no hot water at all. The bathroom floor was quite slippery when wet. This really should be dealt with. The restaurant was excellent with a good choice and friendly service. Overall the staff were helpful and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for it’s excellent location near the Golden Temple and in a very atmospheric part of the city.
