阿姆斯特丹西港區4星級酒店

設施：我覺得很滿意哈哈哈，不過需要自己帶牙膏牙刷嗷（歐洲的酒店大部分都不提供牙刷牙膏了） 衞生：很乾凈 環境：安靜，離車站很近；我覺得跟我之前住過的一個價位的歐洲酒店比起來房間大好多🥹是國內酒店房型面積的水準

Nice location, okay service. I’ve stayed with my business partner and our room was not the same to each other.

We had a great stay at Urban Lodge. We booked a connecting room which really suited us as a family, the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had a mini fridge in one of the rooms which was handy. The beds were really comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet for a hotel (no banging doors, loud voices in the corridor or traffic noise). You do have to let the hotel know in advance if you want your room cleaned during your stay (it's not done automatically). Breakfast was plentiful with a good range- only point for improvement here would be to have another member of staff as it did take a little while for crockery/utensils/food to be replenished. Nevertheless, the staff who were doing breakfast did work hard at keeping up with everything! The hotel is really well placed for visiting Amsterdam, we brought a travel card and used trains to get about. There is a direct train to Sloterdijk from the airport (takes about fifteen minutes) and they run very regularly.From Sloterdijk there is a direct train into Amsterdam central (takes about five minutes) and again they run very regularly. The hotel is about a five minute walk from Sloterdjik station. There's a Spar supermarket at the station which sells really good value fresh food which we used a few times. All the staff, at the hotel, were friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Urban Lodge for a stay in Amsterdam.

Charged me for a week stay when I only stayed with them for two nights. Partially refunded the wrong amount. Long queues to check in. Staff seem under trained (whilst trying to help). Weird shower that pulsed hot and cold water to try and be eco friendly. Never had great experiences at Moxy’s. This was a car crash

我和妻子喜歡住在Residence Inn,位置略微在中心區外,但很容易進入中央車站,只需短途巴士,周圍地區真的很好,很安靜,我們喜歡。酒店工作人員都非常友好,健身房和游泳池真的很好,完美的方式結束一天的桑拿和游泳。房間非常好,廚房區擁有一些簡單烹飪的所有必要工具。肯定會回來,下次在阿姆斯特丹再次入住。

優越的地理位置，靠近美食場所和運河。唯一不方便的是周末，晚上10點30分后關閉，直到第二天早上7點，所以出租車或超級司機無法將您送至酒店大堂，因此在入住或退房時要當心周末有很多行李。沒什麼可抱怨的酒店本身，肯定會回來！

We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The Rijksmuseum is a short walk away. There is a tram stop also within walking distance. If you want to do a canal cruise, there are several that board across the street from the Rijksmuseum. There is a bus that goes right from the airport and stops across the street from the hotel. The bus stop to catch the bus back to the airport is just down the next block. Our room was pretty spacious for a European hotel. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, my suite night awards didn’t get approved (likely because the hotel was full) but I did get upgraded to an executive room. I enjoyed the personal welcome note and treats from the staff. They also dropped off a thank you note and a small gift of stroopwafels on our last night! The only issue we had with the room was that we couldn’t get the temperature as cool as we wanted but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. The room had a coffee maker and a small mini-fridge to keep water and drinks cool. The M Club Lounge at the hotel was great. My only complaint is that I do wish they’d vary their breakfast items each day. Five days of the exact same items got to be a little tiresome. We only made it to the club in the afternoon/evening twice during our stay. On Friday night, it was jam packed. People were circling like sharks. I really loved the coffee machine in the M Club and liked that they had bottled drinks we could take back to the room.

在大酒店阿姆拉思度過了愉快的時光。我們住在一間超大的初級套房,特別是按歐洲標準。牀是我們旅行中最舒適的牀,包括其他8個國家。我們唯一的障礙是在辦理入住手續時-酒店顯然存在人員配置問題,當我們試圖提前入住時,我們的房間還沒有準備好-這很好。但是當我們準備辦理入住手續時,它還沒有在3:00準備好。他們給了我們飲料券,讓我們在酒吧裏坐一坐,然後在下一個小時內,整個酒吧裏擠滿了等待他們房間的人。以我們支付的價格購買套房,無法進入房間非常令人難過。特別是因爲我們和朋友見面喝飲料,然後進行了預定的運河晚餐遊輪。我很沮喪,我沒有時間在出門前淋浴。房間很可愛,酒店有着古老的歐洲魅力-但令人失望的是,即使在發帖的時候也無法進入房間。

地理位置的確不錯，隔壁就是女王店購物，很多博物館餐廳遊客近點大部分走路都能去，門口就有巴士站。 房間整體還可以，設計比較粗糙簡單吧，國外的五星級和國內五星級是有點差別的。
