霍薩酒店(Adam Suites Hotel)

Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto ogni giorno nel bar e nei servizi della struttura sono state impeccabili, professionali, accoglienti, preparate. La posizione dell' hotel è buonissima e la struttura oltre ad essere gestita benissimo è anche molto pulita. Camera essenziale ma pulita e tutto funzionante. L unica cosa che avrei gestito diversamente è l intervento di un ragazzo che ha detto di essere il manager e ci ha fatto pagare un rimborso in contanti, per una bicletta che abbiamo usato il giorno precedente ed è stata rubata la notte prima del nostro check out. Purtroppo la bici era difettosa e la chiave di sicurezza è rimasta bloccata nella serratura, e in ogni caso è stata rubata... Ci aspettavamo ci fosse un assicurazione per risarcire il danno invece il manager ci ha chiesto inizialmente 100euro e poi ha accettato 50euro contanti. Anche se non ci ha dato ricevuta del rimborso da parte nostra e ha messo i soldi in tasca, prendendo anche 10 euro di mancia riservate alle ragazze che lavorano li.

Just got back from a 2 night stay and the hotel was fabulous. We had a quad room which was perfect for our needs. The hosts were lovely and the bar area with free coffee was enjoyable too. It's a short walk to the centre but there are some really nice places to eat close to the hotel too. We would definitely stay here again 😀

Would 100% stay here again, the staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, the room was beautiful and spotless! About a 15 minute walk from most places, but super easy to get to. We stayed on the 5th floor, there were a few stairs as the lift only went up to the 4th floor but that was fine with us.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I tried to book one room here for two nights and the hotel's website crashed each time – I received a message that said “Reservation creation unsuccessful”. I tried this three different times and received the same error. I emailed the hotel (no response) AND left a voicemail (no call back) asking if my booking was successful and ask them to confirm I would not be charged for the website crashes. I did not receive any email confirmation that a reservation was made at the time of booking or in the subsequent 2.5 months from that date. From this, I had obviously assumed that the reservation creation was unsuccessful as the error message indicated so I made a reservation at another hotel. However, on the day I would have been staying at the hotel had I actually made a successful reservation, I received a call from the hotel and was told I had three rooms booked with them. I explain to the hotel staff member the issue (that I had received the error messages when trying to book, had emailed and called the hotel about this with no response, and had not received any email confirmation of any bookings) and he politely assured me I would not be charged for the rooms. Not the case. I have now been charged three separate times by the hotel for €484.90 each time. And of course, I have now emailed the hotel three times to get this fixed and I have received, you guessed it, no response. Terrible customer service, terrible website, total scam. Very disappointing.
