Não estou conseguindo comunicação com o hotel. Estou com um problema na minha reserva e ninguém atende o telefone ou responde a minha chamada. Também não encontro o hotel em redes sociais ou outro meio de comunicação alternativo. O booking também não consegue contato.

Nous avons été très déçu de l hotel boutique mais qui n est pas un hôtel car tout se fait par whatapps vous ne voyait personne !!!la chambre que nous avons pris vue canal est très petite attention de bien recharger votre téléphone ou de le pas le perdre car la clé et votre téléphone pour ouvrir le porte d entrée et de l’entrée de votre porte nous avons payé 950 euro pour deux nuit pour ce service qui n est détaillé c est très cher et la cerise sur le gâteau vous payez pour 2 nuits 100 euro de taxe de séjour !!!!!!!!!!! nous avons été déçu car aucun servie pour ce tarif ils ont tout simplement acheter un immeuble et mis des boite à clef virtuelle nul !!!! ce n est pas une boutique hôtel !!!!!!

Good quiet location - comfortable beds - free hot drinks Small room with decor that is in need of attention - broken light, TV not working, shower drain blocked and very poor wifi. No staff to ask …. Weirdly there is music playing in the entrance hall and hallways during the night - we could hear it from the bedrooms - quite strange as it’s a peaceful location.

Booking directly with the hotel is easy; communication with hotel before and during our stay was excellent; great location; water provided in each room each day; so clean and comfortable; coffee and vending machines including a great area to relax. Entry to hotel and room with simple mobile app. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was modern and clean. It was a lovely, easy walk to the city centre. The staff were happy, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a coffee machine and vending machine open 24hrs. A small kitchenette downstairs which was available to all guests. Guest could also relax in the conservatory and garden during their stay. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Fantastic hotel the rooms were spacious and lovely decorated in a nice modern style. The hotel and rooms were well maintained and clean. I also like to the room key was a digital key also hotel provided helpful tips and information about places to eat or things to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend you to my friends and family.
